Hotel is newly built and connected to Osaka Front / Intercontinental Hotel, such a good location with good value for money! Staffs are attentive and friendly. Room is big and modern too.

Hilton’s Canopy is their offering, similar to Marriott’s W hotel chain. Newly built, it is located next to the Grand Front in Osaka. Can be difficult to find upon arrival at Osaka Station, but with a little patience, you will be rewarded as it can be a sanctuary away from the crowds.

Very new hotel, location, service, and hotel breakfast was excellent. Need to wait for map to improve uber and taxi don’t know where to drop off

Very good and new hotel but difficult to find the entrance from the road if coming by taxi or car. otherwise excellent in other aspects!

Good location, though a bit off from the main Umeda shopping / dining area, but it is a brand new hotel, so you cannot expected it be in the prime location in the developed Umeda area. Very big and spacious room, in terms of hotel room size in Japan in general. Heating is a bit too strong in the room, so you may feel quite dry in the room. The stairs connecting the main entrance to the roadside and the mall of the hotel is a problem to those travellers with big suitcase, it is not easy to locate the elevators. Minor errors here or there but still a great choice if you would like to stay at Umeda area.

The hotel is new, well-kept, friendly staff, and the room has a wonderful view of the city.

One of the best hotels in Osaka. Definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent staffs.

Excellent staff service, but location a little far from the shops and biggest issue is the shower is not covered. I shared the room with family member, I don't want them seeing me naked!!! This room design is crazy, that was the most disappointing part for the price I paid (400 USD for one night)

Check in when I encountered a place with glasses female staff attitude is very unfriendly, it is because of her attitude I decided not to stay in this hotel again, I think she needs retraining, and other employees attitude is very good and Helpful, only this staff, the hotel is conveniently located 8 minutes from the subway station, downstairs family Mart and several restaurants, in addition to the room soundproofing is very poor, because arranged adjacent rooms to me, in the adjacent room of people staying even cough, even open the luggage trunk of the zipper sound is also very clear, very disappointed, and then the exterior glass I do not know if because of cold shrinkage heat swelling, constantly make a loud sound! 

The hotel is very clean, easy to get in and out, well connected, and there are many businesses nearby. I will choose to stay here again next time

Very good suite view, charming night view, shortcomings: the curtains are not electric, the wind blows through the outer wall of the high floor, there is a certain noise, the flaws do not outweigh the merits, Osaka Umeda is a good choice
