Room not cleaned, mold on the ceiling, peeling carpet, unfriendly staff, and finally, I found a cockroach in the room. Avoid this hotel, even for a free night.

The location was great, with the shopping mall, train station, Petronas Twin Towers, and Hop-on bus stop (6) all nearby!
