booked for deluxe room but recieved standard room, totally pay and get a diffrence value. when ask if there other option, there no option 🙄 toilet ta basuh kot, berdaki! furniture yg da rosak pun still bubuh, tv no channel at all! aircond lambat sejuk, lambat more than one hour yaaa. haih! takan repeat 🐙

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city

Honestly this is my first and last to come here. I really scared because the light is dim, suddenly the toilet room dark because the bulb have problem. Then we change other room but the towel smell, no mineral water and the iron so dirty.

Disappointing experience. The WiFi was not working, despite they told me it would. Room dirty and lots of dust. Only good thing was the pillow. Great strong pillow!!!!

They email me 1 week before i arrived there regarding the wifi i thougt 1 week is enough to fixed the problem but until i there the wifi still not worked

Really great place to stay and i think the price is really good bargain. For the price point i would definitely rebook for my next stay.

This is not my first time staying here. A single room without windows looks like a coffin (although this was not specified when booking). You sleep in a coffin without a ray of light, in the dark. There is only an opening to the ventilation shaft. The walls are extremely thin, you can clearly hear your neighbors. Upon check-in they charge an additional 10 RM, be careful, although in many other places in KL this levy is not there, or it is already included in the price of accommodation. The hotel has more decent and comfortable rooms, but they are more expensive, designed for two.

Aircond not cold,the toilet light so dark and The hotel room was near the road, and the sound of traffic was often heard in the middle of the night.
