Staff was rude, hotel dirty. Terrible experience. However, location was strategic.

I was genuinely surprised by Hotel Valenza; it's far better than what other reviews led me to believe. The price was incredibly affordable and offered fantastic value for money. The location is top-notch – super close to the mall, right on the main road, and very easy to find. Parking is free and spacious, accommodating even motorcycles comfortably. The receptionists were friendly, and the check-in process was a breeze. My only minor gripe is the lack of a bidet in the toilet. Other than that, everything was great, and I definitely recommend it!

Location look nice but the hotel have to renovate

Everything was great. Their staff really good. They even help me with adding the hour even though it's his rest time and waiting for changing shift. The place really easy to access and the parking also easy.

No pipe for toilet and a bit smelly. Yg lain ok je. Receptionist sorang je ke? Please more ramah and one more, put deposit RM100 needed at here. Tq

I'm guessing they're about to close down? Everything is pretty old the building and all. But it is rather an okay stay tho. I stayed for only one night so its fine for me

Hotel ni pun okay jugak. Cantik je dalam dia. Parking bole laa senang jugak. The thing is, aku tak tahu kenapa dalam tandas bilik yang aku dapat tak ada paip untuk membasuh lepas membuang. Hahahahaha. Tak faham jugak. Ke aku yang tak jumpa

The location is amazing, very close to our work place. Rosemary helped us well to accommodate.. rooz sizes but small, and bed for me. As in a 6 feet guy, so little short for me. Rest everything was wonderful n fine.

The receptionist is not friendly and the toilet does not have a hand bidet.

The receiptionist that handled my check in was super unfriendly. It was an OK stay, they charged rm5 extra if want to pay depo rm100 using card.

Location is good for travellers btw PJ and KL. The Malay female staff is helpful with check in. But not expect much from this old hotel plus problem to find food nearby. No instant coffee provided as shown on the kettle picture.
