При выборе отеля ориентировался на рейтинг и цену, но потом пожалел. Изначально бронировал номер с окном, но поселили в номер без окна. После обращения в службу поддержки на следующий день переселили в номер с окном. Номер очень тесный, буквально 2 прохода рядом кроватью. Наличие окна оказалось скорее минусом, чем плюсом, т.к. был слышен шум с улицы. Поставил 2 балла только из-за наличия работающего кондиционера и водонагревателя. Ванна тоже очень тесная. Во время приёма душа унитаз и тумба под раковиной забрызгиваются водой. Освещение в ванной тёмное, бриться неудобно. Уборка в номере не предлагалась ни разу. После недельного проживания самостоятельно обратился на ресепшн, но вместо уборки только освободили мусорное ведро, даже не поменяв полотенца. В номере периодически появлялись тараканы. После следующей уборки поменяли постельное белье на старое, протершееся, со дырками от сигарет. Из плюсов только наличие небольшого торгового центра напротив и остановок поблизости. До центра города на автобусе около 30 минут. Много времени уходит на дорогу, поэтому рекомендую останавливаться в центре за те же деньги.

Please improve your service ! Very bad ! Staff quite rude ! I dont like the service actually ! Im asking for lower room always she said sorry fully booked ! I didnt see the guest inside this hotel !
