All the hotel’s facilities — including the guest rooms, lobby, and restaurant — are exceptionally well maintained, with a modern and stylish design that leaves a strong first impression. The rooms are of a comfortable size, spotlessly clean, and provide excellent comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer impressive city views, which deserve special praise.
The infinity pool on the 25th floor is a highlight — beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for relaxation or taking photos, with a bar conveniently located beside the pool. The hotel is just about a 6-minute walk from Kuala Lumpur’s Monorail Chow Kit Station, making transportation very convenient. In addition, the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

The hotel location is good. There are many restaurants in the near area. The room is clean, and the people are very nice. They also have laundry facility, very convenient for us. The roof top pool is small, maybe windy in the morning. Another problem is the breakfast, not much to choose. But you can go out to eat.

We loved the hotel room,it's clean and comfortable. The hotel stuff is friendly and helpful. Other than that, we can enjoy beautiful view from our room. We really enjoyed the buffer breakfast, variety of delicious food and drinks to choose. The location of the hotel is near to the Sogo mall, it took about 15 mins walking distance. we had a wonderful experience at Hilton garden inn. I will recommend it to my friends.
