Front desk receptionists are very friendly, bed is comfortable, however the carpets on the floor a bit old would not match the room, roofs top swimming has a nice view of the twin tower , didnot have time to try their breakfast no comment.laundry room washer detergent dispenser a bit messy so did not wash my clothes there ,overall stayed quite comfortable and check in and out are quick and simple
