Mr. Alex (receptionist was not cooperative at all. Basically he misguided us and his personality was double minded. He say something early morning then changed in the afternoon. I will not recommend anybody until he left this hotel.

Maybe just a 1 star. Very noisy and unpleasant environlent. Don't feel safe staying there. Loud music throughout from midnite till morning.. not a good choice

Nothing special to write actually. I stayed in this hotel several times in 2018, 2019 2021. That time it was ok as a budget hotel. But after these yers I was very disappointed. The cleanliness is ok but other service is very poor. No toiletries. Hot water doesn’t work. I really have a very bad experience with this hotel. Next time I am not going to stay here. Only one advantage the location.

Other than great location nothing good to recommend. Checked in and assign room at 3rd floor, hotel digital key unable to access, go down twice because of this issue, no lift. After that change to 1st floor, the room is smelly, toilet door lock faulty, toilet dirty, one of the mattress out of shape. Staff open our room in midnight without our permission.

Enjoyed 1 night stay at this hotel..strategic location..will stay again…

Not really bad good

I was there 8:00 pm to check. No one was front desk and waiting some one show up for 30 minutes

the hotel inside have many ************ and the towels have dried blood and downstair is many massage and night market,evening very noisy until 1 am they stop...

The facilities of the room worst. Even no water

Bukit bintang only at your doorstep bro

Location is great in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Very near to Jalan Alor

not bad is good their srvice is good and bad is comfortble and soft .
