While the property itself is nice, my overall experience was affected by poor service from the apartment agent. The unit is in Malaysia, but the agent handling the check-in was based in China, which made communication very difficult. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but despite several attempts to contact them on WhatsApp, I only received the check-in details after 4 PM. This long wait and lack of responsiveness made for a very frustrating and unpleasant start to the stay. The unit itself is spacious and in a good location, but cleanliness was not up to standard. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time, and there were a broken frame and a lamp left unrepaired. Utensils were minimal, with plates and cups only provided for three people, which is inconvenient since we are 6.. Overall, I was happy with the place itself, but the service, cleanliness, and lack of proper maintenance really need improvement for a better guest experience.

The furnishings are simple yet functional, and everything was in good working order. It felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax.
