I book Deluxe King Room. The bed is big with approx. 200cm width. The room is very big and still have lots of empty space. The air-con is cool, the hot shower functioning well. Got 2 bottled water, 2 towels, tea sachets, coffee sachets, creamer and sugar. The staff is friendly. I got room no. 1413. The minus ⛔ is only: the room door is very very hard to be opened and closed. Need a lot of strength to pull and push the door. Hope that the staff will repair the door so that guest will feel more comfortable.

The view of this hotel is superb despite its low price. It's just that the amenities there are not as much as you would expect from any other 3-4 stars hotel. Overall, it's a nice stay. I stayed for two nights and was quite shocked to see the room suddenly get cleaned up when we didn't request it. Luckily no belongings are lost. The lobby of this hotel is at Level 4, of which the vibe up there is quite calm.

Everything was good. Easy parking. Got a cafe that can send food to your room. Room is clean. Beautiful scenery from my room. Got netflix. Staffs are very helpful. The downsides are the room got no fridge, no wardrobe, no table

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unpleasant Stay Experience I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed at [Teedo Hotel, Kuala Lumpur] from [Check-in 5/17] to [Check-out 5/24], and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations for a property of your stated standard. I would like to outline the following issues encountered during my stay: 1. Air Conditioning Issue on the First Day: Upon check-in, I found the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. I reported this immediately to the front desk, who advised me to set the temperature to 10°C. Despite following the instructions, the room remained uncomfortably warm. It was not until later in the evening that a technician was sent to inspect the unit. While some action was eventually taken, the response was notably slow and the attitude of the staff involved was apathetic. 2. Housekeeping Service Repeatedly Ignored: I requested housekeeping services three times during my stay, specifically asking for a room clean-up and a change of bedsheets. On the first attempt, I was informed that the night housekeeping manager had left and the matter would be attended to the following day. The next morning, I reminded the front desk and also hung a “Please Clean Room” sign on the door. However, upon returning that evening, I was dismayed to find the room untouched. If daily housekeeping is not offered as part of your service, this should be clearly stated at the time of booking. This failure, especially given that a service charge was included, is unacceptable. 3. Serious Security Concern on the Fifth Night: At approximately 10 PM, someone attempted to open my room door using a key card. Fortunately, I was inside the room with the secondary lock engaged. Twenty minutes later, a hotel staff member rang the doorbell, asked for my name, and left after I explained I had already been staying for five nights. Another 20 minutes passed before two other staff members knocked and requested to photograph my passport. This was an alarming experience. I completed the check-in process and provided all necessary documentation on the first day—why was this revalidation necessary? 4. Overall Experience Was Extremely Disappointing: From maintenance and housekeeping to guest security and staff professionalism, the standards fell short. I paid for a full-service hotel but received inconsistent, disorganized, and poorly executed service. This stay has regrettably left a negative impression of your hotel and of hospitality standards in general. I respectfully request an explanation for the above issues and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused during my stay. The room is big but there is no wardrobe and table for me to do my office work. There is no hanger in my room. The bathroom is big. Value for money.

Clean and neat hotel.. very privacy, and have flate rate parking per entrance rm5 if u validate at counter. I park my car for the first day until my last day stay and i only pay rm5. It the utc parking.. and becaus of the location i dont need to drive in kl, i will public transportation lah. Got bus, got trains.. very convinient. Also pasar seni is close by..

The location was very strategic , just beside the LRT (Pudu Sentral station) but the problem is the hotel is located above the UTC PUDU. It might not be very convenient for the customers as the grab will not pick up and drop off in front of the hotel as they have to drive up to 4th floors of car park. The hotel is very new as the staff say they just operated recently. The air cond is not cold although we have changed to another room after feedback with the receptionist. Something to praise was the staffs there are all very friendly and helpful as they immediately check for us after we told them our air cond is not functioning well. Customers can use the lift inside the utc building to reach the hotel. Overall, my stays in Teedo hotel is good and will be better if the air-cond is stronger and provide hangers for each room. Extended more days because I really enjoyed the room. Nice room view and enjoyed the smart tv a lot.

air conditioner not cold , air conditioner very very older , but near Chinatown & mall , many food outside, bed is so comfortable

The room is very good and the waiter is very good. It's just that they can't speak Chinese, which makes me a little hard. But it doesn't matter, the formalities are not complicated. The waiter is very polite. The environment here is very good. It was difficult to find it at first. Just look at the map twice and you will find it. 并且这里适合看城市🏙️风景 I will choose this place next time.

Nice view and clean

Same Building with Pudu Sentral. Very nice location to stay. The Indian boy receiptionist is very helpful. And you can enjoy the view of the second tallest building in the world from your hotel window.
