This stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room is comfortable and warm, with good soundproofing. Hotel staff: Mobinul Karim was very enthusiastic and attentive, and the service was excellent. I really think this is a trustworthy and good hotel.

We when to the apartment early before the check in time. They make us wait for 1 hr plus. nearly 4pm we got our room key. Room attendant bring us to other room to make us wait after we show our frustration. Then give excuses key collection will be late as his colleagues accidentally brought the key outside . Upon collection of the key . We went to our room the key for the door unable to open the knob . The room key was having issue. unable to open and lock whenever we go and come in. It was extremely a time consuming . The parking was charge RM35 per day Sat & Sun free but need to use ur own touch n go to pay it. Totally regretted for booking this apartment. The security guard doesn’t know english & had difficulty to explain things countless times. Totally unpleasant experience! Please do not book this apartment . Its not recommended for those you have their vehicle driving in.

A luxurious and elegant place to stay with family for a city trip since the location is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Rooms and facilities are clean and fantastic especially the rooftop pool and gym. Big thanks for the staff who were so helpful. I love the place and I would come back for sure.

I recently travelled from Australia & spent 10 wonderful days in KL with my sisters from the UK. We stayed at The Manor Suite at Perisaran Stonor just an 8 Ringget GRAB ride from the city centre KLCC. The Manor Suite was ideal for us, being a two bedroom apartment, on the 13th. floor, incase you are superstitious, the floor is marked 13A. Arriving at 5am from Sydney I was at the apartment by 8am, but unfortunately could not enter the apartment until the 3pm entry time, so I left my luggage with Shohedul the Manager of the apartment & went back into the city. At 3pm, Shohedul showed me into the apartment & I was very pleased with what I saw. The living area was very big & modern as was the kitchen & the bedrooms, one with a King size bed & en-suite, which I gave to my sisters & the second bedroom had a Queen size bed & also my own en-suite. This was the perfect set up for the three of us. The view from the balcony mesmerised us & we spent many hours I think, just looking at the traffic below & KL just across the way, with the Petronas Towers dominating the landscape. My sisters were just as pleased with our accommodation as I was & as I said earlier, we spent 10 wonderful days together. A few minor things about the accommodation (that did not detract from our enjoyment) but could be easily fixed up was the lack of some homely things like a Toaster for toast in the morning, Wine glasses for us wine drinkers, tea towels to wipe our dishes, a Broom just to sweep up those little crumbs, bath mats to stand on when getting out of the shower - you know, those things that most Airbnb places would usually supply, but apart from those little niggles everything was perfect. The security guards were all very friendly, the GRAB drivers also, reliable & polite, & Mr. Shohedul was very quick to respond to any of my Whatsapp messages. I can thoroughly recommend a stay at The Manor Suite - you may see it as The Harmony Suite at The Manor - just tell the GRAB driver The Manor Suite as they were being confused by The Harmony Suite. I keep mentioning GRAB - do yourself a favour & download the app when in KL - it is the best thing we did. I hope you enjoy KL as much as my sisters & I did.
