The hotel is in a very convenient location, next to the Petronas Towers and the Surya Shopping Center, about 5-10 minutes walk. We lived on the 33rd floor, although we got a room with an internal view of the houses and without a balcony (( although the description says that there is a balcony! This, of course, did not interfere with our vacation, but it is better for the owner to give more precise descriptions of the rooms ... "the furniture, of course, has seen life", the bed creaked and rolled so much when turning over that we thought it would fall apart! The wardrobe was rewound with tape, apparently also so that it would not fall apart, the washing machine did not perform the drying function (we were never able to set it up), it washed and then dried the laundry on the dryer. Upon arrival in the room on the table there was a table setting: plates, forks, spoons and glasses .. at first glance everything is super, but when I wanted to pour wine into them, I saw that the glasses were all stained and with traces from the previous owners ( unpleasant, had to wash them. The watering can in the shower was leaking at the hose, it didn't stop us from washing, but after the shower there was a lot of water on the floor, had to wipe the floor so that our feet weren't wet.. In general, if you don't look at these "little things", the room was generally clean, everything is there, but it just needs to be brought to mind! So that tourists, when checking in, don't start washing dishes, don't solve problems with how to fix the hose, don't look for where to take out the trash (by the way, about it), the guy at check-in didn't give us instructions on where to take out the trash until we asked him ourselves in the chat.. I think that such things should be written in the check-in instructions, otherwise they immediately take the deposit and don't tell you all the details - find out for yourself.. What can I say, will I choose this hotel on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur? I don’t know, if they improve the quality of the rooms, then perhaps yes, I will recommend this hotel - yes, if you close your eyes to these nuances that I described.
