The unit was clean and well maintained. Just that the parking was a lil inconvenient. Other that that we enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and nice too.

Family for staycation included my 85yo mom. Rather disappointed as when arrived at 3pm, room is still not ready, but person in charge (pic), was kind enough to make it up by allowing us to check out at 12.30pm (but cleaner came at 12noon to take away d bedsheets & pillow cases). The pic also assisted me in driving my car to d parking lot. Appreciate that. Great thing about this place is that it's walking distance to KLCC & Avenue K. Suggestions if i may give: 1. Provide iron. There was only iron board- searched for iron, still couldnt find one except for a hairdyer. (2) Provide dish washing detergent & sponge so that we can wash dishes properly (3) Add pillows. Room is 4 adults, 1 pillow per person. Great that room comes with KING & QUEEN beds.There were xtra pillows in wardrobe but no fresh pillow cases, so cant use pillows. Koi fish pond is nice.

I was very happy with my stay, very specious, lovely bathtub and pool, nice to have coffee on the balcony. Very attentive host- Vigour, she was most helpful with anything I needed.

The apartments are located in a good area of ​​the center of Kuala Lumpur. Check-in is fast and without a deposit. The instructions are clear. The beds are large and comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the soundproofing is good. The cleaning of the rooms before the check-in of new tenants leaves much to be desired, as there were quite a few minor flaws (other people's hair in the bathtub, dirty dishes in the cupboards, etc.), which do not greatly affect the overall impression of the accommodation, as the price is adequate. The views from the ***** room are not gorgeous, but also good. The room has everything you need for living. Check the mattress for urine stains immediately before check-in, as we were presented with a claim after check-out that the mattress was damaged. We were shocked by the photos sent to us by the owner of the accommodation, as we did not even imagine that we were sleeping on such a horror, neatly covered with clean linen. But apparently the owner knew about this problem earlier, but tried to get a fine from the guests, so he wrote later that everything was OK. Be careful when checking in! But overall we liked it!

To be honest, I chose this accommodation option because of the parquet, tired of going through all the same options with views of the towers. Our apartment was very spacious, the towers were not visible from it, but from the roof - yes. What is very important, with the windows closed you can not hear the street noise, and its level in the center is very high. Nice pool area on the 6th floor. Excellent location - in the very center. Very good air conditioning in the bedroom - you can turn on only 1 of 2, the one that does not blow directly on the bed. Good parking. Cool security guards - friendly and help unlucky tourists who do not yet quite understand what, where and how 😊 I did not have enough washing powder, a dryer (the washing machine has this function, but not all clothes can be dried in the machine) and an iron. And, please, fasten the key to the apartment and the access card well 😊 In general, a very comfortable option for living.
