Apartment is very very clean and looks new. Very smooth check in and check out process. Getting a grab is a bit hard cause of the location — usual pick up area is a short walk away. There is a pick up area near the apartment entrance but it was a bit confusing. Nonetheless, I would stay here again

1st: Been waiting the guy to bring office so long, check-in late, at least 3pm, wasted time!!!
2nd: Room and towels really dirty, like no one stay for long times. We have to clean the room and wash the towels to use !
3rd: Hard to find parking
Only good point is Nice view
So Bad, never come here again!

🏠 舒適房間：我住的套房套內面積寬敞，完全不會有侷促感 ，足夠一家人或者幾個朋友一起住。客廳佈置得很温馨，大家可以圍坐在一起聊天、玩遊戲。房間裏的裝修是現代簡約風，簡潔又大氣，各種傢俱和電器都是嶄新的，配備了大冰箱、洗衣機，連咖啡機都有，晚上玩累了回來還能自己煮杯咖啡放鬆放鬆。
🌳 驚艷設施：10樓的設施平台絕對是一大亮點，據説是著名景觀公司AECOM精心設計的，熱帶雨林景觀理念運用得恰到好處。泳池水質清澈，游上幾圈，一天的疲憊都消除了；健身房器材很齊全，對於愛健身的人來説太友好了；還有KTV、娛樂桌球室，閑暇時間可以盡情娛樂。60樓的天際觀景走廊更是震撼，雙子塔、TRX106金融中心、PNB118世界第二高樓等標誌性建築盡收眼底，尤其是晚上，燈光璀璨，拍照超好看。
💁 貼心服務：前台24小時都有人值班 ，不管什麼時候有問題，都能及時得到幫助。辦理入住和退房的速度也很快，完全不用長時間等待，真的太省心。
這次住ayatt agile nukit bintang公寓真的太滿意，以後來吉隆坡，肯定還選這兒！

We were told that the room would be cleaned every three days. However, no one came to clean ours. Additionally, two lightbulbs were missing from the room, the carpet in the living room was dirty (probably from curry spilled by the previous guest), seat cushions were covered in crumbs, and a fan didn't work. Our contact person never responded to our inquiry. The message was only read via WhatsApp. There is no reception. The property has several lobbies where guests must wait for their contact person for check-in and check-out. After check-out and luggage storage, elevator access to the office on the 6th floor is not possible without a card. Therefore, the contact person must be contacted here. Positive: Beautiful view and luggage storage available in the office. We do not recommend this accommodation. It doesn't justify its price, and we would prefer a hotel this time.
