The sanitation, environment and location of the B&B are all good, but there was a power outage at midnight on the second day of stay. There was no water until I went out in the morning. There was no running water for washing and flushing the toilet. In addition, due to the water outage, the automatic washing and drying function of the washing machine could not work properly. The clothes were dried for a long time and smelled burnt. And I don’t know if it was because of overheating or the program was not completed. The washing machine was locked and could not be opened. This made my parents entangled in dealing with it all night. It was really an unpleasant accommodation experience. The hotel manager is not Chinese, so I can only contact him by phone, but his phone is not always accessible. I contacted Ctrip customer service to help contact the hotel to deal with the water outage and washing machine. In the end, they did not tell me why the water was out. We turned on the washing machine ourselves after the temperature dropped.

It is a very new B&B building with complete environment and facilities. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers from the window. The location is excellent. It is not far from the MRT, shopping malls, Petronas Towers and night markets. It is really convenient. The only thing that dissatisfied us was that the drain hole of the washing machine was blocked (blocked by cement), which caused the kitchen and living room to overflow when we used the washing machine on the second day of our stay, causing delays and inconvenience to our trip.

The room is large, new and clean, the decoration is simple and bright, and the room facilities are complete. It is a good choice for guests staying for more than a few days! But the location is a bit remote, but otherwise it's okay!
