Agile Bukit Bintang TRX by Dormeo Destinations

I checked into the hotel from June 25th to 27th, 2025, and paid a deposit of 300 Malaysian ringgits in cash. I was in a hurry to catch a flight in the early morning, so I called the hotel to refund the deposit. The hotel customer service was not at work, and I couldn't get through. We were in a hurry to fly back to China. Later, I kept calling on the way to the airport, added the hotel customer service on WeChat, and talked about whether the deposit could be refunded. They also asked me to hack Alipay and said that the refund would be made within three working days. At first, I also communicated with the Ctrip customer service lady and they said that they could refund the deposit, and they agreed to refund it when I returned to China. I didn't get a refund within two months. Later, I went to Kuala Lumpur and told them I'd stay at their hotel again in August 2025. They said they wouldn't need to pay a deposit next time. I stayed for three days, and when I was leaving, we called the hotel and they said they could refund me if they came to inspect the hygiene, but they never came. We called again, but they deleted us and didn't want to refund my deposit. We finally called Ctrip customer service, and they told us they were unwilling to refund us. So, they had to pay our deposit themselves. This hotel is a real rip-off. There's nothing Ctrip can do about it.

Everything else was okay, just okay. I'll mainly talk about the front desk. A young woman who spoke a few words of Chinese, her service attitude was truly rare. Her professionalism wasn't great, but she did use profanity... well, you can imagine it yourself.
