Great apartment at affordable rates in super close proximity to the most central part of KL. Easy access to KLCC etc. Only downside is the apartment is quite old and the items inside could use an upgrade such as linen, soap & shower. But big enough to accommodate a family of 4 with all the needed amenities.

Would be great if the kitchen amenities is complete as it has no scissors and that the smaller room do not have any electricity socket which could be found only behind the bed. Overall the stay was reasonably pleasant except on the last day where the door locked to the entrance was spoiled. However the management team resolved the situation which was good.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle. After all, you have to call the housekeeper, and then someone will come to open the door for you. It seems like the person is nearby, but it takes a long time to show up. There's no toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. The amenities are quite basic. The fan in the living room won't turn off for some reason, and it makes a lot of noise all night. I left something behind and wanted to ask for help to take it down to the front desk, but they asked me to go back and get it immediately, otherwise the cleaning staff would lose it. Overall, for this price, it's a convenient hotel.

The room is clean, the view is beautiful, the management is good, and it is suitable for families. It would be better if the kitchen could provide paper towels or rags for wiping! It's a pity that there is no infinity pool. A deposit is required for check-in, but it will be returned soon after check-out. I will still choose to stay next time I come to Kuala Lumpur.
