Check in was super confusing and disorganised. Booked two rooms but only received comms for a room. Super stressful to navigate around the area and trying to comms with the hosts. One of the room has baby cockroach, another room has broken down air con. So my dad had to sleep outside in the living room. That said, the service was okay for the price, really what you pay is what you get. Although I will never come back again.

The services provided by the team was good, but this is my first time need to pay for the pool and gym if you want to use it. The air conditioner not working properly. Overall 7/10.

Was staying with 6 people, 3 bedrooms, spacious and clean. 10-15 min walk to Pavilion and KLCC with a special bridge nearby

pros: room was spacious, clean and maintained, air conditioning available for living rooms and the 2 bed rooms. There are 2 convenience stores in the building which helps if you want a quick snack or get something you forgot to bring. The team is also very accommodating and tried to help me to check in early. there is a pool that is accessible for use. Check out was a breeze. Wifi and carpark available Cons: The amenities stated that gym access is provided. As of date of this review, the gym has closed off its facilities due to lack of funding. Gym is well equipped but cannot use Notes: Just a point to note that rm300 deposit is needed.

Getting into the unit was a little confusing as there is no reception. Had to Whatsapp and wait for a response, then wait for the manager to meet us to bring us to the unit. Please take note that a deposit of RM300 has to be paid upon check-in(refunded upon checkout), there will be no receipt given but a snapshot will be taken and sent to your Whatsapp. Premises were very clean, with the exception that the masterbedroom aircon was very outdated and not cool enough. I messaged the Manager to assist, which he tried but to no avail due to the age of the aircon. Suggest that Management look into upgrading the aircon. Please take note that the other smaller bedroom has no window. Other facilities were complete. Living room was comfortable with a comfortable sofa and good reception for the tv. Had a good stay.

Great location, however limited amenities. Overall checkin process is smooth.
