Although we had problems with the reservation and weren't allowed to stay the first night, the hotel offers good facilities. It's far from downtown Kuala Lumpur.

Very kind and prompt action staff. Unfortunately cleanliness is not a thing. Booked 2 rooms and both of them were dirty in every room including dirty bedsheets with hair in. We pointed out and they helped replacing the bedsheets in quite fast way but the day after cleaning was still not a proper one. Very busy and chaotic place. Huge place, lots of people.

When I checked in, they said 3:00 PM, but in the end, there were no rooms available and cleaning was required.
The room I had reserved hadn't been finished yet, so the staff changed me to a new room. I ended up getting a room that wasn't clean enough. It had a musty smell, dirty floors, and dirty towels. I didn't dare use it.
I got a room for 13xx baht per night with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 18th floor.
My friend booked a room for 7xx baht, but it wasn't clean either. I thought it would be acceptable for 7xx baht, but this one was 13xx baht, so I didn't think it was worth it.
