Check-in is via the office located in the underground parking. You need to make a deposit, I gave 100 dollars, because there was no local currency. The apartment itself is very beautiful, spacious, there are no adapters for our plugs, I had my own, but I giggled that the hair dryer there had a regular plug)) 10 minutes walk from the night market, convenient) the pool on the roof is spacious, the view is excellent!

Pavilion Ceylon Hill Suites Bukit Bintang has the best location. The apartment is very nice. Rooms are very modern and decently decorated. The Infinity swimming pool is really good. We will book this hotel again on our next trip to KL.

We travelled all night/morning and got to the hotel at 11. The staff was nice enough to let us check in at 13:30 (considering they had to clean and make the room ready) I really appreciated that. It was easy to walk around and find the mall so the location is really nice. I must say the pool area was my highlight, they not only had 1 but two and both were clean and aesthetically pleasing. I loved it.
