Stayed 29 floor. Faulty kettle causing electricity to trip. Changed upon asking. Sink area leaking. Unable to use kitchen sink

Everything is perfect, except the sofa is very dirty. There is a condom hided at the edge of the window. I don’t think this is the problem of the owner. I think this is the problem of the previous client. Worth for the price, very comfortable apartment with beautiful pool and gym
