We booked for a 3 bedrooms apartment as we have 2 grown up kids. However, one day before check-in, we received an email telling us the room is not available due to technical reasons and changed us to a studio and a 2 bedrooms. Upon check-in at 3pm, only the studio room is ready to check-in and the other 2 bedroom is not ready to use. Even thou we were given a temp room to use first, but they dont even have it cleaned up. Dirty towel was on the floor and toilets has so much hairs lying around. It disgusted us and in the end, 4 of us have to squeeze in the studio room. While we were in the studio room, someone from HomeBrickz open our door without even knocking first, which in the first place, they shouldn't open the door without any permissions or even when no one is in the room! In the end, the 2 bedroom apartment is only ready at 6pm! Even thou they said it's ready, we were not given towels and floormat for the room. The bedsheets were stained, the shower head was loose for the studio room, keep dropping down when showering and there were hairs at the back of the toilet covers...
This stay has caused us much frustration and inconvenience from the beginning. The only bonus is the convenience stores in the apartment to get our quick bites.
Management and Maintenance of the rooms are bad. I'll never pay to stay here anymore.
