I just finished my trip to Kuala Lumpur and I have to praise Luxe Apartment! I traveled with my parents this time and wanted to book a hotel but I accidentally found this treasure apartment. In the morning, I bought a latte at the cafe downstairs of the apartment and walked to the Petronas Twin Towers to check in while drinking. It was super comfortable to avoid the peak period of tourist groups! It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Alor Street Night Market. It is so convenient to eat skewers and fried rice noodles at night~ Want to go further? There is a light rail station at the door, and 3 stops directly to Independence Square. It is not a hassle to travel with the elderly and children. The check-in is also more humane. I communicated with the housekeeper in advance that the elderly had difficulty in moving, and arranged a room on the lower floor that day. He also helped to move the luggage to the elevator entrance. My parents praised him as "more thoughtful than their own son." Our flight was late at night on the day of check-out, and the housekeeper took the initiative to say "You can store your luggage for free until 8pm", which allowed us to spend half a day shopping. I have to give it 100 points! Summary: Luxe Apartment perfectly balances "professional hotel service" and "home comfort". It does not have the sense of distance of traditional hotels, but it is full of care. It takes 5 minutes to walk to KLCC Twin Towers and 10 minutes to visit Pavilion Shopping Center. There are 711, local restaurants, and Internet celebrity cafes around. You don’t have to worry about traffic every day. You can watch the light show of the Twin Towers by taking a walk at night. It is so friendly to tourists! The room is also spacious, clean and tidy. The butler service is also very considerate. The self-service check-in process is super convenient. The butler sent detailed graphic instructions in advance, and I didn’t panic when I arrived in the early morning. I encountered a problem with the air conditioning remote control in the middle. After sending a message, a staff member came to solve it within 5 minutes. Before leaving, I also helped to contact the airport drop-off service. There was no thunder in the whole process~ I strongly recommend it to friends who travel with family, girlfriends or business trips! The room is not luxurious at all, it is standard for a 3 star hotel. The swimming pool is great but there is no other special features.
