They didn’t informed that the pool is under maintenance and it will be closed until next week and also I am a vlogger and they didn’t allow me to fly drone. Checkout counter will be available after 8 my flight was at 10am how can i return the keys at 8am ??? Hotel is 1:15 min away from Airport. Secondly I paid cash deposit but for refund they will make a bank transfer seriously disappointed. I will never book this hotel again very bad

+ Good location, not far from Petronas Towers. People on reception was kind and helpful.
- The room was dirty, at least the bed was fine. But for the same price I could’ve book a hotel with a better view, so if you gonna stay not for a long time, better take a hotel🥴
Pool is working until 9 or 10 pm, didn’t have time to see it cause came back at 10:30pm
And had a problem with deposit when I was checking out. Nobody told me that there are no people on the reception at 6 am and I need to notify them if I wanna check out early. Tried to get my deposit back for an hour. Thank to the security guy (or idk who was he) to solve this. The deposit was 100 ringgit not usd btw and they couldn’t give me that for an hour:)
Overall it was fine, just consider everything that i wrote so your stay would be more comfortable.

Suitable for family stay. Kids friendly facilities, very enjoy the swimmingpool with breathtaking view. The room is superb clean, spacious with comfy bed and clean toilet. Staffs are very nice and patient. Really recommended to stay here for all.

房間不錯，很乾凈。隔音好，酒店周圍也很安靜。房間有洗衣機微波爐冰箱等等電器很方便，酒店位置也很好，可以看到雙子塔。

目前為止住過的最滿意的酒店，入住前的郵件通知很專業，郵件回覆速度也很快，前台服務態度也很好，有WhatsApp，微信的聯繫方式，遇到問題聯繫前台Nita也很快解決了，設備齊全，有洗衣機，微波爐，熨斗，冰箱，甚至還有碗筷，完全可以自己做飯，遇到了電視打不開，廁所堵住的問題也很快解決了，晚上出去遇到下雨，前台還熱心借給我們一把傘，非常友好，樓頂的泳池景色也很美，免費的泳池也非常好，交通也很便利，離KLCC比較近，總之目前住過的最滿意的酒店之一，下次來還會訂這家
