"Great hotel when staying close to the airport. Greeted with a simle and check in was fast with all the information you need. Booked a family room but sofa bed wasn't made up. Called from the room and within 5mins they arrived with extra towels, waters, pillows and duvet to make it up. Perfect 👌"

"I had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton from 30th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025, and it was a generally pleasant experience. Booking it through Trip.com was just the best decision—it was seamless, and I got great value for my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, with easy access to the airport. Despite being so close, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, perfect for unwinding after long days. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining the room to the highest standard. Breakfast, while offering decent quality, could use more variety. The menu was almost the same every day, which became repetitive after a few days. Adding more options or rotating dishes would greatly enhance the dining experience. The hotel's overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the courteous and professional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering assistance with a smile whenever needed. The facilities, including the fitness center, were top-notch, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. As I was there during the New Year holiday, I was also impressed by how smoothly the hotel managed the increased number of guests without compromising on service quality. "Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre."

"Nice, good quality/price. Good continental/buffet breakfast, the pool/sauna has to pay 25 zts per person and is in the hotel next door as well as breakfast in March 2025 was taken in the other Hotel. The indoor gym is small and the machines need updating."

"A good hotel on the outskirts of Krakow. 10 minutes walk to the train station, 7 minutes to the airport. The room was water, tea, tea and coffee. Nearby, across the road - McDonalds."

"I don't know what the five-star standard is, but it feels like sleeping in a grandmother's house in a rural Polish country. The location is about 6 kilometers away from the Old Town, and the breakfast is delicious. It is definitely a different experience from the modern style you usually stay in, so it is recommended at least once."
