Room is quite big. Breakfast time very crowded and in the room has small bugs a lot. A female staff also made unhappy sound while I was walking to choose breakfast

Just an amazing hotel for veeeery reasonable price. Location is not great, really nothing around, but it’s green and peaceful. On the way from the airport to city center Big warm rooms, perfect bed, good breakfast, you will really have everything there Nice gym and great swimming pool with spa I definitely will stay there again

The breakfast was the best , highly recommended! If you would chose this hotel because of the swimming pool - not recommended at all , full and the working time isn’t convenient , location is great , trams are close

Service not good

I would have given perfect review for the hotel but my check out experience wasn’t good as I was charged 50 euros more than I was supposed to. The girls at the reception blamed trip.com and even questioned if I ordered other services via website even though the hotel charged me. As they couldn’t figure out why why charged me more they asked me to write email to the hotel’s administrator. He did solve the problem and refunded the overpaid amount but the check out stress caused me anxiety. Otherwise, the hotel room is really nice and big and the location is in a peaceful neighborhood in front of a park, easy to reach city center via public transportation. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there’s plenty of places nearby to eat. Nice touch - capsule coffee machine in the room and free coffee in the lobby.

This hotel is beyond my expectation! You can see how big the room is by looking at the two pictures. You can also see that the hotel is very new. Because I was on a short trip, I didn't bring toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. I called the waiter and they delivered them to my door in three minutes. The breakfast is so rich, with a variety of cheeses, and even Spanish ham. It's enough for a good meal in the morning. There is a huge park lawn in front of the hotel, which makes me feel good.

After booking the hotel and going to the reception we found out that the pool was closed, we chose this hotel only and exclusively because of the pool and spa area .. I asked the deputy manager to cancel the reservation free of charge because that was how it was booked but until midnight the previous day .. I also asked if I could get a voucher for future use, or if I could solve this problem in some other way, she definitely, without discussion said no. I think everything is possible and it's just a matter of kindness, however the "deputy manager" turned out to be a mean woman .. Trip.com rose to the occasion and returned our money after reporting the fact, but it wasn't the hotel that did it. Such a chain should take such things on its shoulders, especially since we would like to use them in the future .. I booked the double tree Hilton hotel while I was at the reception .. it's a pity that with such behavior of the staff and such a fact of cancellation in my eyes it lost a lot.

My best hotel in Krakow. I always come back there. Recently my loyalty was appreciated and I got an upgrade to a beautiful corner room with a huge terrace. Very nice service at the reception and restaurant, great food and drinks in the lobby bar. Perfect walk to the old town along the park. I will always come back.
