Good staff at the hotel. It is obvious that they try. Good breakfast. Infinity pool is a separate plus.

I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights.
We chose a sea view room, but unfortunately it was the rainy season in Krabi so the view wasn't that great. However, the bed was just the right amount of soft and the room was spacious and very comfortable.
Above all, the service from the staff was fantastic! It was a very enjoyable trip ^ ^

It’s my 6th time staying at this resort, and first experience after the property change to owned under Avani Hotels group. Overall experience was still amazing, the only down side I noticed is the housekeeping is not as good, they staff seems do halfway and forget the rest and when we back in room towels & water not fill up. Feedback but also took awhile for the staff to serve us. However, it’s still a great place to stay and enjoy Ao Nang to the fullest.

The experience when checking in was very bad. The hotel said check-in was at 14:00 in the afternoon. When we arrived, the front desk told us that the room had not been cleaned yet and asked us to wait. After waiting for half an hour, we asked and the answer was that it had not been cleaned. Okay, they asked how long it would take and told us that it would take another hour. They said that we could go to the swimming pool first and let the children swim first. As a result, we swam around and went to the front desk and still the cleaning was not done. After more than two hours, we finally intervened and actively communicated through Ctrip customer service. Only after we properly resolved the matter, something even more outrageous happened again. After we got the room, our luggage was not delivered for a long time. During the period, we negotiated on the phone and communicated with Ctrip customer service for more than an hour before we got the luggage. The room attendant who delivered it He said that he put it in his car because he didn't see it at the back. It's really outrageous that the three luggages were not seen. It shows that there is a lack of communication among the hotel staff. Fortunately, the Ctrip housekeeper did his duty.
The sea view room is on a mountain, so you need to change three elevators every time you go out, which is quite difficult. The only good thing is that you can swim in the infinity pool on the 6th floor without having to run up and down.

A pretty great hotel!! The view are very pretty and the infinity pool is amazing. But the resort lacks service. The staff is quite unresponsive. I had emailed for late checkout inquiry and got no response :/ when I’d asked at the reception, they had given me a cost and when I said I was ready to pay, they said the hotel was fully booked (even though it was available on trip.com online)
