The room condition, room cleanliness, hotel location, breakfast, infinity pool, everything was perfect. I want to visit this place again next time I travel to Krabi. In particular, the staff who guided me when I checked in was very kind, but I'm sorry I can't remember their name. It was because of these people that my trip was more enjoyable. I hope this feedback finds you well. My husband and I recently stayed at your hotel, and overall, we had a good experience. However, we wanted to bring to your attention a concerning issue we encountered during our stay.
Upon inspecting our bed, we suspect that it may have had bed bugs, and to our dismay, we saw a spider on the bed. Unfortunately, this resulted in multiple bites all over my husband's back. We understand that these issues can happen in any hotel, but we wanted to inform you so that you can take necessary steps to ensure the cleanliness and safety of your rooms.
We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take measures to prevent such incidents in the future. We hope that you will take our feedback seriously and take prompt action to address this issue.

I must admit, at first I was extremely excited to be attending the Avani. This however, was extremely short lived. We chose an "Avani Superior Room" as the pictures of the mountain looked great from it. These pictures however are a complete lie. We were on top of the party scene, where all we saw and smelt, was ******** shops. The noise didn't allow any sleep despite it being midnight. Immediately I went down and said that the trip.com was clearly false advertisement, and hence had to upgrade and spend an additional 1000 baht a night for a better room. This room, was superior. Some of the amenities were old and broken i.e. the balcony door, but I wasn't going to.complain as it was fully functional. Breakfast was great. Overall, decent looking hotel ONLY IF you get the correct room, otherwise don't expect to get any sleep.

Honestly loved every moment of it. Just thought we were suppose to have bath tub since it was shown in photo. Convinient location. 6 minute walk to ao nang beach. Right beside hotel there is 7e and watson. Breakfast was superb. Loveeee the meatball soup

Recommended, I feel that Avani Krabi is a forest, with scattered and well-arranged trees, few mosquitoes, and strong air conditioning. There are two swimming pools, one is ordinary and the other is infinity, which gives you a holiday feel. Finally, I strongly recommend the soup noodles for the breakfast buffet, the soup base is invincible 🤩
