The room was very tidy and clean, with a bright and spacious feel that made it extremely comfortable. However, the soundproofing could be improved—I could clearly hear outside conversations and the sound of chairs being dragged late at night. Other than that, everything was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, but had a terrible experience checking in with the female receptionist. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but I remember her badge had a 'G' as her first initial. When checking in, I requested an additional bed, as the description on trip. com mentioned that 'extra beds can be added for this room type.' However, when I asked the receptionist about the extra bed, she seemed confrontational and aggressive in her tone, asking me to provide proof of where it said I could request an extra bed. She claimed the hotel doesn't provide extra beds and kept demanding proof in a rude tone, which was humiliating, especially with others around us. The room's cleanliness was okay, but some power outlets didn't work.
