So great place in Krabi island. Quite, beautiful, private, beach. So nice sunset. Professional stuff, so friendly. Clean room, amazing view. I so like Tup Kaek Sunset Bech Resort, and next time definitely I will visit this amazing place again

I reserved a room with the option of one king bed or two single beds, choosing two single beds. However, the actual room only had one king bed.
I requested a change at the front desk, but they repeatedly stated there were no twin rooms available and that previous guests had been satisfied with this arrangement, so they could not change the room.
In the end, I settled for just getting another set of blankets, but if there are no twin beds available, shouldn't they not offer that option in the booking site?
Since it was just my high school son and me traveling together, I wouldn't have booked it if there were no twin beds available.
The location was a very nice place to relax.

Hotel is lovely with a nice beach to relax. Food at the hotel is pricey as expected. Staff was helpful during the rain as we had a baby with a buggy service.
The only thing which we didn't quite like was the bed, which was noisy and super hard. The baby cot given to us was also in a bad shape, so we ended up having our baby sleep between us. The room was super cold and nice. Overall, I loved the place with its peaceful surroundings and would visit again if I were to stay at this location.

My experience at Tup Kaek Sunset Resort was supbar. Both my husband and I got food poisoning from breakfast during our stay, which really put a damper on our stay. Communication was also a small issue as some of the staff outside of reception and the restaurant on the beach front didn’t speak much English. This made simple requests difficult - such as asking where the toilet was, or asking about a first aid kid when husband cut his foot badly on the rocks at the beach.
On the positive side, the location is great as it is right on a beautiful beachfront, and the restaurant food (not the same location as breakfast) was good. Some of the restaurant staff were friendly, which was a small bright spot.
