Room is big but with musty walls and musty smell, no hot water for shower for the first night, they send technicians to repair on second day morning

I stayed at Tetris Hotel for 2 months, and right before traveling to Bangkok, $600 in cash was stolen from my locked room.
I reported it to the staff immediately, but the hotel did absolutely nothing — no support, no investigation, no compensation, nothing.
This was not an “accident”. It was a very clear theft by someone who had access to the room. I had a total of $700, but they took $600 and left only one $100 bill. That shows someone was clearly going through my belongings and choosing which bills to take.
Because of this, my child and I had to survive in Bangkok for 4 days without any money.
I have already reported this case to Trip.com and to the Tourist Police Bureau of Thailand.
This hotel is not safe and should not be trusted. No traveler deserves to go through this experience.

actually quite different from what we expected…quite a distance to ao nang beach …a 37 minutes walk…so recommend to take a cab…its inconvenient to take grab , no drivers around ..but its convenient to rent a bike here if u can drive one …cheap option

The hotel was decent for me and my partner we had the suite very decent but there was gag burns and very dirty windows as well as no deep clean stains and bodged repairs in areas. Overall I’d still highly recommend to friends and couples but will need a moped to get everywhere or cabs
