The room is very large, well-designed, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the items are all available. They are the most satisfactory service team in all the hotels I have stayed in. The hotel provides motorcycles for 400 a day for half a day. The hotel also provides free bicycles and kayaks. It is very comfortable to kayak after the sea tide rises. The hotel provides a paid 1000🐷 pick-up service, which can only be reached by ferry. It is very private and very quiet. The hotel has restaurants and bars. It is highly recommended to taste coconut smoothies, which are very delicious. The hotel is relatively remote, so it is not convenient to go shopping, go out for dining, and participate in club activities. However, the hotel provides one-day tours such as island hopping. Although it is more expensive than individual tourists, the hotel can enjoy the fun of chartering a boat. It is very good. We saw a lot of fish in the 4 island tours. The itinerary is free and casual. The things are thrown on the boat. Swimming with confidence feels very good. The hotel will also prepare towels and water for you in advance. Especially considerate. It is recommended to book his seafood feast in advance. It is caught on the same day and has a great atmosphere. Summary: A surprising resort hotel, much better than the photos and imagination, suitable for vacation. Room: The "Sea View Bungalow" room type booked is a small independent villa close to the sea. The balcony can face the sea and is comfortable enough to fall asleep; there is a corridor when entering the room, with a bedroom on one side (the space is quite large) and a small room on the other side. The restaurant and bathroom are separated from wet and dry areas. Cute animals: There are several beautiful stray cats in the yard, and one of them is very clingy. The staff there named it tiger. After breakfast, I met it, and after petting it, it would turn its belly. It was very cute. In the afternoon we I specially took a boat out to the 7-11 convenience store in Krabi Town and bought him two bags of cat food. It was very cheap at 65 baht. I regret not buying more at that time. After feeding him, you call him and he will come out and talk to you. Play, very smart! It’s super cute and usually appears during the day. The cat food is given to the restaurant staff. The river is not wide. It takes about 3 minutes to get there. The boat fare is 40-60 baht (depending on the number of people). After landing, take a tuk-tuk to the hotel. (About 15-20 minutes) (If you make a reservation with the hotel in advance, someone will come to the pier to take you) (After that, we rented a motorcycle by ourselves when we went out and the hotel can rent it); Regarding getting out of the island: The same method as above; if you want to go to town on the way, you can take their tutuk (200 baht one way), or rent a motorcycle by yourself (300 baht for unlimited rides a day, quite cost-effective). Getting out of the island is still a bit troublesome, if you only want If you want to take a vacation, you can arrange a longer time, it is really comfortable; if you also want to go to Ao Nang Beach or other places, you can arrange to stay here for 2-3 days; Without leaving the island: Massage, fitness, infinity swimming pool, meals, drinks, smoothies, bars, beaches, walking, and taking photos are all available in the hotel. The villagers here are quite simple and friendly. The air is very good and there are many tropical vegetation and woods. However, the tourist facilities are not perfect and there is no convenience on the island. Stores, pharmacies, snacks, etc. If you need to buy daily necessities, etc., before boarding the ship (buy at 7-11 near the pier); We rode around the island on our own, and it felt more relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended for people who want to come and relax. Very suitable. Take beautiful photos from every angle Recommended to rent a motorbike. (Don't think about cycling. It's very far.) Go to the hotel to eat roti in the village or you can call a tricycle in the community to take you around the island. There are a lot of activities to do.

Feel at home!

Loved the resort. It was quiet, the pool was excellent and the staff out of this world. The food was good and the lychee martinis to die for but it is expensive. I would recommend hiring the free bikes for the day and go and explore this small island. See monkeys and all sorts of nature. The reason I give 4 is that the beach is non existent and I wouldn’t swim in it but the pool is great. There are mosquitos but nothing too concerning and they do provide repellent (nothing like the mosquitos in Bangkok I might add ) the lodges are clean and well equipped with lovely balconies. I felt very relaxed. Well done.

We arrived to Islanda via a longtail boat & short tuktuk from the pier. Upon arrival we were met with cold towels and a delicious coconut smoothie. We were then taken to our idyllic apartment which was thatched and on stilts. All accommodation is of this style. We loved the authenticity of this accommodation. We spent 6 nights in this resort and had several day trips back over in Krabi. Whilst the location is very remote, with only tuktuks on the island with not much else to do outside of the hotel, the travelling back and fourth was easy and not too long (depending on your trip once you get to Krabi and how far inland you need to travel). The hotel truly was a slice of island paradise and a true hideaway. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly. We were sad to leave. The food was delicious, but after 5 nights and lunches of the same menu it became repetitive. Would like to see a more varied menu or perhaps daily specials which changed / rotated as the specials menu also remained the same. Overall, a perfect location for our first five days of honeymoon before we ventured to the jungle!

We were a bit nervous when we arrived at Krabi Bus Station. We had asked the hotel to pick us up for the transfer but I had not heard back despite a number of emails. The time came and went to be picked up and there was no sign of anyone from the hotel. The cost of their transfer was 1200THB. At 1.10 we gave up waiting. We got a taxi to the pier for 300THB. We caught a longtail ferry boat across for 120THB and then a tuk-tuk to the resort for 200THB. It was a lovely journey across the island and at 620THB in total nearly half what the resort charges. We arrived at Reception where the staff took our luggage to take to our bungalow, handed us cold coconut milk drinks and took our passports while we sat and relaxed to check us in. We were walked to our bungalow- No 307 which we had booked for 3 nights. It was large, thatched and on stilts. The wonderful tropical gardens surrounded it. It was well equipped and totally lived up to our expectations. Minor criticisms: there was only one lounger on the balcony for two of us, we didn't have the advertised minibar, USB charger, Bluetooth speaker or radio. None of that affected our time there. There was a lovely infinity pool to lounge around and drinks were served there. A few tiles needed replacing and the jacuzzi wasn't operating. We had breakfast and other meals at the open sided restaurant. We chose a table overlooking the pond where staff came and fed the fish- giving food to my wife so she could feed them. The staff were friendly and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was good with an egg station . Improvements: I would have liked freshly squeezed orange juice and some fresh bread rolls. We ate there in the evening and our meals were excellent. We enjoyed the Happy Hour for Chang beer! We saw the bikes and kayaks which looked good but we didn't have time to use them. There were lovely views to sea and the place was beautifully lit at night. We went there to relax and chill out and it was perfect for that. We went back to Krabi by tuk-tuk, longtail ferry and taxi. It was only after we had sat down that we realised we'd left a bag in the taxi- one with our passport and paperwork so quite important. We rang reception at the Resort, they contacted the taxi driver and he returned with the bag- all intact of course. Full marks to the Islanda Hideaway Resort!

What an amazing find, we were lucky enough to stay for Christmas and New Year 2024/2025 for three weeks. This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The rooms are stilted bungalows and not too many of them looking out to the Sea over the pool. Everything about this hotel was top class the staff all work so hard to ensure that you have a magical time nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The restaurant and bar offer good quality food at good prices they can even arrange day trips for you. Everyone is genuinely happy to make your holiday and stay wonderful I can not praise them enough. If you looking for a chilled out place to relax while close to Krabi Town ( a short boat ride away ) I can not recommend this hotel enough we will definitely be back- thanks to all the staff for making sure we had an amazing time

A fantastic hotel in a remote location If you want lively nightlife or access to restaurants along a strip development then this place is not for you If however you want a relaxed and peaceful holiday in the midst of natural surroundings then this may be what you are looking for The island is small and is home to fishing families mostly The hotel is very comfortable and has fantastic facilities The restaurant is brilliant and the service first class The staff are friendly and always strive to make one’s stay enjoyable and rewarding Very highly recommended

Really nice relaxing place. Huts were very clean, the odd lizard or cockroach which is expected in a hut on the beach. Daz used to drop us and collect us from the pier when we wanted to go into Krabi town, he was great and very funny . Food was great also. The staff were wonderful they could not do enough for you.
