decent property with good staff, the experience could have been better if certain things improved

Stayed here for 4 night with my girlfriend. The hotel is an affordable option at a decent location in Ao Nang about 10 mins walk from the beach. The hotel was very busy during our stay and there are only 2 lifts for the whole hotel with roughly 200+ rooms so at times we would have to wait a long time to use them. The rooms were a bit old and that may have contributed to the impression that they were not as clean as I would have liked. Staff were okay, I had issue with my keycard not working at 11pm one night and the attendant didn’t seem too cheerfully having to go up my room to sort it out. I didn’t use the pool as it was often crowded. The hotel has an offer for tourists not staying at the hotel to buy a pizza package and use the pool facilities for the whole day which my have contributed to the number of people using it. All in all considering the affordable price a rating of 3.5 stars seems about right.

The hotel was everything we had expected. A little further from the beach than some but we knew this when booking. There was a free bus to the beach a few times a day but also a nice walk. The welcome at reception was warm and check in quick. We had booked connecting family rooms so we had the beauty of two bathrooms but with privacy if we wanted it. We didn't have breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat outside the hotel but it seemed busy.the pool area was lovely and private and there were always free beds. All in all a lovely reasonably priced place to stay.

20 minutes walking to AoNang beach. 5 stories hotel with few groups tourists. Pool is crowded. Breakfast add B250. The room size is small and a few mosquitoes. Mini bus from airport to hotel drop off at B150.

Nice hotel very basic. Location good about 10-15 min walk to beach, good massage. Staff friendly Not enough plugs in room. No storage. Water and Kettle provided which is great but it is inside closet for clothes and plug across other side of room.

Amazing stay. with beautiful landscape, mountain view, pool view all in one. Recommended to rent bike for 300baht (per day) near frontdesk. Easy to return. Service was amazing!!! highly recommended. Will come back again and again.

Cleanliness : when u reach room ubcan feel the sands on the floor. Need more meticulous floor cleaning. Otherwise ok Location : a bit far from the Ao Nang beach by foot. Around 1 km. If travel with kids maybe a bit hassle but if alone or couples should not an issue. A lot of halal food nearby. Service: no problem. But housekeeping a bit late. Came around 5-6pm to clean the room. Amenities : restaurant, pool

Our second time that we stayed in Ibis style hotel. Overall we are satisfied with service, nice pool, cleaning every day, changing towels and so on. Recommend

Lovely clean hotel although rooms very small Beds so comfy- best nights sleep I’ve had in Thailand

Location is great but the hotel is not that comfy. The room is very tight for 3 person. No space to put your luggage. Smelly.

Hotel is in a convenient location with lots of food nearby. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach. The pool area is great. Breakfast was not the best but there’s plenty of other options nearby.
