Very disappointed. The hotel is stale and clearly does not correspond to the declared 4*. The price, in my opinion, is greatly inflated. Needs repair.
We had to change the room, because the one where we were initially accommodated was shabby, with scratches on the walls, mold in the bathroom, bad rusty plumbing. The air conditioner smelled of mold.
They moved us to the 5th floor, the room was cleaner, but still did not meet expectations. I am posting a photo from this room (in the first one, where they accommodated, everything was even worse).
The hotel and rooms are dark. There are no disposable slippers in the rooms.
Very poor breakfast, every day the same thing, everything is taken very quickly, sometimes there is simply not enough bread for toast. No coffee machine. The canteen where breakfast was served was also not very clean.
On the plus side - although it is located far from the beach, it is close to good cafes. It's a 15-minute walk to the sea.
A nice area with a swimming pool.
Friendly and helpful staff, but very few speak English well.
A wonderful view of the mountains from the windows.
Every day they put two free bottles of water in the minibar.

We stayed two days before the New Year, 12 thousand rubles per day, not worth the money, better not to take breakfast, the omelet was not fresh. You can stay, but not more than 1 night, just to sleep, the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean.

The dirtiest room in all our travels!
Look at the photo, how can you allow such dirt?! The blinds and baseboards have never been washed! When you enter, the smell of mold from the air conditioner knocks you off your feet. We did not use it. But it is also impossible to sleep with the balcony open, because there was a smell of cigarettes from the neighboring balconies.

Location is great but the hotel is not that comfy. The room is very tight for 3 person. No space to put your luggage. Smelly.
