Die Lage des Hotels ist angenehm, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, was wir gut fanden. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war insgesamt zufriedenstellend. Der Zimmerservice war zuverlässig und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Leider war die Geräuschkulisse im Hotel störend, man hörte sogar den Wecker des Nachbarn und den Fahrstuhl und jedes öffnen einer Tür. Die Klimaanlage war unglücklich platziert und führte dazu, dass ich krank wurde und spinnte einfach nur, so richtig einstellen konnte man sie nicht es war eher so ein, ein und ausschalten. Das Bad und die Dusche waren gut, jedoch haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt.

バスタオルの替えがほしいと伝えるとあるわけないだろうという冷たい対応で、1人1枚だときつく言われた。
ホテルにプールがついていたり、海に行くツアーに参加してその前後でシャワーを浴びるので、できればタオルの替えが欲しかったが、フロントの対応(断り方が)ひどかった。
また、荷物を受付に預けるのに１つの荷物につき80バーツかかると言われた。(フロント近くにただ置いておくだけ)
部屋の壁が薄く、同じ階の人がドアを閉める音や、エレベーターの音が部屋の中までよく響いてくる
今回4人の旅行で2部屋とったが、1つは鍵が壊れていた。
部屋のトイレはトイレットペーパーを流していないのに詰まった。詰まったといったら、直せないから1階のトイレを使えと言われた。(部屋は2階ですごく離れている。)
清潔感はあるが、もう一度予約したいとは思わない。

Very well equipped hotel, friendly staff and for me an extremely good price! I thought the breakfast was good. Good value for money.
The only annoying thing is the loud pump, which starts at different times, even if only briefly. And I found the volume to be extremely loud. I had good wax earplugs. They made it bearable!
A technical solution needs to be found. Because this criticism can be the deciding factor for or against booking this hotel. In any case, ask when booking. Perhaps it only affected my room 7208! Because otherwise the hotel is recommended!

The location, the room, the staff were all amazing. The only thing I would recommend improving is one of the cleaning lady’s attitude. She would knock hard on the door during the room service time and would keep knocking hard and shouting cleaning cleaning until you open the door. I had to remind her two times that she had to chill a bit. She needs a bit of training I guess. The rest was all great.
