Thanks a tonne Sindhu once again The canal ride is not to be missed apart from all the activities and cruise And the icing in the cake was when we got our gold ring lost the previous day thanks to the special efforts of the staff to search the garden and find it. "The whole experience was peaceful. The staff were all extremely kind, and were constantly making sure we had everything we needed. They promptly responded to our queries/complaints. One of us is vegan, and they readily accommodated us. Specifically Mr Kavi, who hosted the sunset cruise. He kept us entertained with his photography skills. Despite being open for several years, the property is well maintained and has multiple activities that keep the resort bustling with energy. The rooms were cozy and beautifully curated, and both demographics; the ones who enjoy an aesthetic stay, as well as those who prefer comfort. It’s apparent that the resort is determined in providing a memorable stay to it’s guests and also values quality, from the way the feedback is taken with grace and actually worked upon."

"We have stayed here few times previously when we visited India. Hotel had been consistently declining and now it is pretty bad. We planned to stay a few days but checked out after staying there one night. We had informed them that we will arrive little early. Checkin time was 2 PM. We arrived there at 1.30 PM. They told us that checkin is at 2 so had to wait. We did. The room they have assigned us (booked a Luxury Pavillion Room) was really old, the AC didnot work properly, the bathroom toilet water was running and the bathroom ceiling leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. We reported to the front desk, they said “thank you”, they must have known this already. Overall this resort has declined to a two star experience, we loved our first stay here several years ago. Now the culture is totally different. We will not return to this resort again. Will try the other newer resorts with good reviews."

"Only had one night but room was very spacious with working air con on a very hot night. The staff were polite and friendly and whilst we were in the pool one of the workers offered to get us a couple of pool towels. The pool was clean and very inviting temperature. There is a really nice raised area to sit above the pool which had a slight breeze. The food in the restaurant was not that great but as nothing was really close by and we had no transport this was really only option."

"Lake song Resort has it all as a perfect serene package from the beautiful backwaters of Kerala touching its lawns to the inbuilt canals to the Ayurveda Centre with amazing Therapy massages and more. The Staff were very very courteous & helpful and go that extra mile for any thing you request them to make your stay memorable. Duty Manager Bipin went that extra mile to see that all was comfortable and the Check in and Check out was very warm and Cordial. The Room Service & Housekeeping stepped in with a smile whenever required The Buffet Breakfast was an excellent spread and the Lunch & Dinner was worth dying for . Enjoyed the rowing activity in the canals and the complimentary boat ride which was one of the highlights . Highly recommended for all........"
