Room and all center area are clean. Water supply may flow slowly due to Sabah policy or something like that. But the service is also good.

The hotel location is really good and the price is reasonable.
They also provide luggage storage service, so it was good to just sleep after arriving on a night flight, leave my luggage, and explore the city.
However, even though it opened relatively recently, the bathroom smells all over the place. ㅠ
The blankets felt a little damp, and the soundproofing isn't very good.
Still, the low price + the location is good for arriving on a night flight, sleeping, and starting the next day, and it's clean compared to other accommodations, so I would definitely visit again!
Epeng Laksa is a 1-minute walk away, and at night, there are more things to see and eat at this downtown night market than at the Filipino night market, so it seems like a good place to stay for a day.
