Everything else about the location is good, but the service at the front desk is terrible. After checking out and storing my luggage, I wanted to borrow an umbrella to go out for dinner. The front desk said that they had all been lent out and there were no more. There were obviously many more in the umbrella bucket at the door. I was waiting for the car to the airport and sat on the sofa in the lobby. I fell asleep at the front desk and came over and told me that you were sleeping in the lobby and you were not a guest after you checked out.

The location is good and the facilities are clean.
The downside is that it's so noisy that you can't sleep.

Had a perfect stay in Luma KK.
The room was clean, spacious, new.
Bed is super comfy!!!
Check in was smooth, friendly and helpful staffs.
Location was good
Opposite Imago shopping center, and there is conveniece store and restaurants at the same row of the hotel.
Highly recommend to stay here.
The only cons was there is loud noise banging door in the morning (guess coming from the room beside) and caused us awake.

The environmental design and health services are very good, but it is located on the side of the road. The sound of motorcycles at night may have a little impact on people who have trouble sleeping. The bathroom does not seem to be drafty, and fortunately the smell does not linger too much. It's very close to the shopping mall, and there's a tea restaurant downstairs with good food.

The front desk manager is super friendly and helpful. But one of the staff lady at front desk is unfriendly and no smile at all also not very helpful. It’s spoil the entire experience to have such service!

The hotel is comfortable ~ but it will be noisy when the plane passes by ~ the hotel provides earplugs
Breakfast is okay. Eggs and toast are delicious. Others are average~
