The room is large but poorly equipped. There are no supporting facilities in the hotel. There is only one restaurant, but the dinner is delicious and not expensive. When we checked out, the hotel staff did not carry our suitcases onto the boat. They immediately informed the captain. The captain told us not to worry about another boat taking our luggage with us. After we arrived at the shore, we waited and waited to send our luggage back. I called the hotel for nearly two or three hours but no one answered. Fortunately, we found the only staff member on the shore. After contacting him, we found that our luggage was taken back to the resort lobby (mixed with the luggage of other guests who had just checked in) and we were asked to wait for three hours before the boat returned our luggage. Sutera Resort was absolutely stunning. Our villa was clean and comfortable, featuring two balconies with breathtaking views of the private beach. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Watching the sunset at the point was magical, and snorkeling and diving were definite highlights of our stay. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable getaway.

The location was great and the staff super friendly. A part of the beach was reserved for hotel guests and was not overcrowded. The team was trying its best to pick up all plastic in the morning from the beach but unfortunately during the day more was coming. People should take more care themselves.
You can go snorkeling at the beach but to arrive the corals you need to wait for the tide and have to be a good swimmer. Then it’s beautiful out there.
The breakfast was great and a good combination between buffet and menu.
Overall we can recommend it for 2 nights. Don’t forget your mosquito repellent and bites relief.
We saw several Gerrys;) - beautiful creatures.

The hotel's transportation is not very convenient. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk around the streets. The room is very comfortable, clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but the food is delicious. Especially the pudding cake is very good.
