This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to, bar none. No one cleaned the place even after staying there for several days. When I first walked in, there was hair from the previous guest on my blanket. If you have skin problems, this is the hotel to stay at.

No proper troubleshooting or assistance was provided, and the service provider continuously gave excuses, citing a lack of available staff. They also failed to respond to calls or messages, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Trip.com should consider thoroughly vetting such service providers before listing their properties to ensure a better experience for future guests.

It is close to various attractions. The lobby downstairs is very cool and clean. If you arrive late at night, there is also a smart butler who teaches you how to enter the room, which is quite convenient.
