We really love the room design and cleanliness. The amenities are complete, and we especially love the local brand shampoo and shower gel. Highly recommended! We will definitely come again to The Sigar Hotel at Sutera Bay! 🥰💓

The hotel was near the airport and very convenient with restaurants around and a shopping mall. It has a bit of a smell in the corridor as it was an open space when you walk to the elevator as the hotel was close to the water stream. The checking in and checking out were fast. The lobby was beautiful and cozy. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower gel and shampoo bottle were a bit broken but the product they use is good as it was a local product. We were there for a quick one might stop before our flight to Sandakan. Overall, the hotel does provide a nice room for the guests.

位置其實很好，不用動不動就加雅街，打車過去也就5分鐘幾塊錢，這個地方的好處是不會堵車且門口地方大。前台很熱情，辦理入住超快，房間望出去除了某些惡評裏的河比較臟以外其他景色都很好，日落飛機都看得見。房間面積很大，一家人入住毫無壓力，微波爐冰箱餐具都有，除了花灑有點破，打掃不太仔細以外其他都很完美，關鍵是隔音很好，房間裏飛機噪音影響很小。泳池超級贊，可惜沒時間去打卡，衹能參觀一下。整體而言性價比很高，吹毛求疵的建議宅家或者國內景區人擠人吧。
