The room was superb!! Cleanliness is on the top, everything is above my expectations. Not to forget the kindness of the apartment owner(Lawrence) , he waited for me untill 11pm+ to pass the room card 🫡 Thank you a lots Lawrence! God bless you more and more. We also got this very cute key chains. Gift from the owner. My kids like it! Best apartment to stay on the list!

Recommended home to stay. Services very good I really love the homestay it's so clean and have a nice view. The homestay accommodation also perfect.

Room: Overall, it is very good and worth the money. The room facilities are very new, consistent with the pictures, relatively clean and large (the Pacific twin bed is so small that you have to believe it, the bed is 1 meter, and the Magellan is even smaller at 0.8 meters 😂, which makes me laugh to death. My child is 1.2 meters tall and thinks it is too small when sleeping. Such an expensive hotel has such a small bed. We are a little better in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. It is hard to imagine how the big compatriots in Northeast China sleep). With children, there is nothing to watch on TV, which is not very good. Even if you can watch 3-4 channels to kill time for them, it is good. The air conditioning and fan system are very powerful and very cool. The only bad thing is that the check-in time is 3 o'clock. It seems that all hotels here check in at 3 pm, and the Pacific Silk Hotel is also deadly at 3 o'clock 😂. It is not friendly for Shanghai to take a direct flight at 8 o'clock in the morning. I want to stay early in the morning to rest. I can understand that I can't stay. After all, it depends on the check-out time of the previous guests. Breakfast is not included. There are many places to eat around, such as Burger King and convenience store downstairs. There is also a hotel swimming pool. I immediately felt that this one was good. The price was half, the room was also big, and there were all kinds of food around. It's hard to understand that Malaysian foreigners have to pay taxes for accommodation. Distance: The location is very good! Everything is close. Gaya Street (nice to visit, I can eat at Yifeng, I like beef offal very much. It is also good to buy local specialties in several shops, you should visit more. There is also a night market on weekends, buy a little bit of each to try, otherwise you will not be able to eat or drink), Jesselton Pier (it is exhausting to bargain at each window for the ticket to go out to sea. Can the Malaysian government unify the prices of tourist attractions? It is better for us in China, with unified ticket prices, no matter foreigners or Chinese, the price is the same, and foreigners are never bullied), Kota Kinabalu City (there is a supermarket on the underground first floor where you can buy some local specialties), Kota Kinabalu Seafood Market (there are only a few fruits, maybe it is too late, seafood really does not want to bargain, seeing bargaining is annoying 😂), Kota Kinabalu Seafood Night Market (too expensive, foreigners bargaining, exhausted, after a round of prices are so varied and feel so watery, finally do not want to eat), Durian Night Market (also bargaining, exhausted) are all around. Those who can walk can walk, and those who can't walk can take a taxi within 10 Ma. Internet celebrities are also around, some are not good, you have to avoid it yourself, what about the 48 durian brothers, I strongly recommend you not to go, and there are also those recommended by the past Xiaohongshu, what a ghost, what a ghost durian, it is terrible, the meat is as thick as a finger, and it is not refundable, the price is not cheap, the key is to buy this kind of durian for 150, isn’t it better for my Hema Fresh to deliver to your door, don’t buy it, the attitude is not good, it feels like I’m swindling him, it’s really terrible, if it weren’t abroad, my friend would have stopped me, I would have quarreled and called the police. As a result, I never bought a durian on Durian Street, I was scared (everyone look at Figure 1 and Figure 2, Figure 2 has not eaten a piece, saying that this durian is this variety). Malaysian durian is not as good as Thai. The hotel is very late and there is a night market stall downstairs. The bag of Kacha for 4 Malaysian ringgits is quite delicious. Recommended 👍 I drank it for 3 days (Figure 3, recommended for pulling tea) 😂 I ate everything else and it was not good.

The hotel is very clean overall. It is very close to Gaya Street. If you don't mind the distance, you can walk to Chester Jetty, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes. However, it is recommended to take a taxi to Tanjong Aru. There was a delay in handing over the room card on the first day, but it was resolved in the end.

The owner, Lawrence, was very nice and patient. He upgraded us to a sea view room. The room was very clean and well maintained.

It is a homestay type, very clean. Compared with other thousand-yuan hotels, the room here is quite large and comfortable. There is a small kitchen, refrigerator, water dispenser, washing machine. The store has prepared everything you may need. This is really considerate and cost-effective. When you enter the room, you can see the sea view outside at a glance. It is the best choice for babies who don't like sunbathing!

The room is a standard homestay, with a double bed and a sofa bed (if you want to sleep on the sofa bed, you need to tell the owner in advance so that the owner can prepare the sofa bed in advance), with microwave oven, toaster, induction cooker, refrigerator, coffee machine and other equipment, and a public swimming pool downstairs. The owner is very nice, see the pictures for details, the owner can speak Chinese in daily communication, but it seems that he can only speak English when typing on WeChat. If you don’t understand English, you can translate it or ask the owner to send a voice message.

Clean. Friendly. 3 min walk to Filipino Market, KK Plaza, The location is great. There is also a swimming pool on the 6th floor. But there is no shoe rack.

The location of the hotel is very good. Downstairs is the Central Food Market and Kota Kinabalu City, and next door is Tianqiao Durian Street! ! ! The facilities are also very complete. Because it is an apartment hotel, there are washing machines, refrigerators and microwaves! Since it is newly renovated, the landlord also specially equipped it with an air purifier! Very thoughtful! I will continue to stay here if I come next time! !

I really like it, it feels like home, and it's very clean. The boss is responsive and can speak Chinese. He also prepared souvenirs for us. The recommended food is also delicious!
