Overall, my experience was positive. The bed and mattress were clean, and the common areas were well-maintained. I appreciated having access to hot water for showers at any time, as well as both hot and cold water available. Additionally, there was an unlimited supply of coffee and tea throughout the day.

The hostel is quite clean and is about a 5-minute walk from the commercial area, where there are restaurants and eateries.
The bed is quite soft and has enough privacy. It may be because it was the off-season for tourism in Sabah when I stayed in February. I was the only one sleeping in a room for 10 people and the sleep quality was excellent. If I visit Sabah again, I will still consider staying here.

Breakfast was just bread. My booking price was RM44. Normally, this hotel is only new because it is comfortable. No noise pollution. If this hotel was located on the upper level of Jesselton Quay I think it would be more interesting. There is a TV. The mattress is thick and firm.

I arrived late because I had an overnight flight, but when I told them in advance, they told me how to check in by myself, so I was able to enter comfortably.
I booked an 8-person room, but I was the only one there, so I had a good rest!
The downside is that I had to carry my luggage up one floor, but I liked it enough to excuse that!
