There are too many inadequacies! The facilities are the worst! At first, the air conditioner was broken, and they told me that the room was fully booked, but they moved me to another room. However, in the next room, the TV wouldn't turn on no matter how many times I pressed the switch, and it wasn't a smart TV. Furthermore, there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom! No matter how much I looked at the ceiling, there were no ventilation holes or fans in the bathroom or toilet, so there was no ventilation at all! Even the shared toilet in the lobby was broken. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all, either on my iPhone or my Mac! The receptionist said, "This sometimes happens with iPhones. My iPhone doesn't work either," but why didn't they just leave it and fix it when this problem was already occurring? This is an unbelievable hotel. In the end, 3 hours after I checked in, only my Mac was able to work, but it was very slow. It was too slow to be of any use. Also, the Wi-Fi didn't work on my iPhone until the end. There were just too many inadequacies! The location is convenient, but I can't use it for more than just sleeping.

He spoke Chinese and asked if I was in the hotel. My hotel never called me to ask if I was in the hotel. Is this normal? I couldn't connect to the wifi at around 1am. I couldn't search it. I controlled myself and didn't dare to think too much. I was scared.

The room is very small and the hygiene is very poor. The room stinks. I arrived at 3am and wanted to have a good sleep, but I didn't sleep at all. It stinks. The corridor also stinks. There is no hot water for showering. The only thing worth praising is that there is some Chinese service. The service of the lady at the front desk is good. Everything else is really bad.
