The location is good. Very convenient to all eating places and shopping. Booked for a friend's twin room no window located at the 4th floor. From inside it can't lock. We asked the staff to review. The staff said it is safe.

凌晨的航班，所以在這裏湊合半天。酒店挺正規的，房間非常小，但是還算乾淨，東西都配套很全。

Tha location was fantastic. Hotel just near to weekend night market and sunday market.Overall value for money and satisfy with the stay. Thank you very much for allowed me to check in early and late check out. Room clean and receptionist and Bellman were very helpfull.

Very good location right in front of the Pasar Pagi/Malam at Gaya Street. Despite Google Maps rating it as a 2 star hotel, it definutely deserves 3 stars at least for the room which has adequent toiletries, space and even TV with Netflix.

前台服務很好，老闆耐心解答問題服務周到、房間大非常乾淨瓶裝水牙刷沐浴露都有，下樓就可以打卡很多美食店，距離碼頭步行10多分鐘即可到達下次還會再來

入住當天房間沒有熱水，下樓找前台那個女的在玩消消樂一臉不情願地叫另一個男的工作人員陪我們上去看，上去看也解決不了，我們要求換一個房間或者退款換酒店，前台的女服務員以沒有空房間拒絕，明明我們對門房間門從下午入住開始就是開的沒人住的，然後讓我們上去房間等了半小時還是沒解決熱水問題，隨後找攜程客服聯繫酒店投訴，這時候又同意換房間了，我們問她是整棟樓都沒熱水嗎，她回答説是，又問那為什麼其他客人沒下來投訴，明明下午還看到其他人入住，又問為什麼一開始説沒有空房間，她説be quiet🙄隨後説可以換房間，上去房間另外的男工作人員看了熱水系統把熱水弄好了，結果洗了一會水變得斷斷續續，又下去找前台，男工作人員説熱水系統還在維修，我們要求退掉後面幾天的房間我們要換酒店，被拒絕後一直找攜程客服投訴，那個女前台從始至終態度很差，不願意給解決方案換房間也不願意退款退房，所以我們還是決定第二天早上就退房換酒店。如果預算不夠能夠忍受設施不行就住吧，房間燈很小是黃色的，開了燈整個房間也很昏暗，衹有地理位置在加雅街是唯一優點，但是這個酒店出門10米就是另一家酒店horizon，後面兩晚我們也換到了這裏，稍微貴點起碼設施和服務都很好。在亞庇玩不管是跳島還是打卡景點都還是很曬很累的，如果不想玩了一天很累晚上回來還要忍受這樣的設施和前台就別選這家🙄
