the toilet door is not locked, there is no mineral water, no coffee, no tea.. the toilet is not very clean. In the middle of a break, there is also the sound of a bomb. It seems like there is something secret. the room is ok since the service is ok. the tower is bad

Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

FFatin FarhanaaMy first time booking hotel at Kelantan, and its really great. The room is superb. Swimming pool and the cafe was great.They have variety of food, and of course some local choices like nasi kerabu and kuih muih. It just the parking was not spacious, and some room that we got into, The hotel combines modern luxury with rich Malay cultural elements, offering a unique experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

HHanis18Location in town. Easy access to restaurants and mall. Free parking. When we arrived, the receptionist told me that my booking was not in the system. We have to wait for quite some time. But thanks to them, they tried to settle the problem and give us other room. Thank you very much. Breakfast was okay. Not many choices but still okay.

I stayed for 2 night housekeeping do not clean my room or add drinking water on the following day but to collect at front desk including changing baht towel. However this property just behind KB Mall and 50m to UTC

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is strategically located at centre of Kota Bharu and opposite kelantan river. Walking distance to Muzium Perang (Bank Kerapu), other few museums & Restoran nasi ulam cikgu. There is a few food stalls open at night near the hotel. Cannot expect much for amenities but the hotel did provide body wash in the toilet but no shampoo. Still feel safe as solo female traveller. Plus point the hotel has elevator & water refill machine on every floor if im not mistaken. The downside maybe the hotel’s hallway seems a bit gloomy & musty. No window hence the musty smell in the room as well.
However, i would definitely choose this hotel again if i ever come to Kota Bharu considering its location & price wise.

TTanDebraThe door for the shared bathroom cannot be locked and can be potentially invaded by the tenant of another room that is using the same bathroom. When we attempted to give feedback to the hotel owner, nothing was done. When the next door is rented out to other customers, we warned them about the bathroom lock. The hotel worker then abruptly force us to change room. Mind the phrase I used, ”abruptly force”, they didn't just ”offered” us to change room, they rudely forced us to switch to a lower-priced room which we didn't agreed at last. I had been to this hotel several times and it was all good, thus it is always my first choice to stay in Kubang Kerian. But after this experience, I will never go back to this place. Ever.
