"The hotel is in a remote location, the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible, and the "clean room" sign on the doorknob is just for show. Even if you tell the front desk to clean the room, they might not actually do it. Also, don't do laundry at this hotel. Other hotels charge 2,000 to 4,000 tenge for laundry, but this one charged me 13,000 tenge *_*. Was it a dry cleaner?"

"It was inconvenient that there was no hair dryer. It was great that I could walk to the mall in the city center. The hotel staff were all kind and even reinforced my bag with tape when it got torn and helped me carry my luggage. There was also a park nearby."

"For the first time here: from outside something disappointing, hidden behind trees on a "dorfstrasse", but the surprise was already at the reception: all the ladies were extremely helpful and also checked in at a later hour! You are very friendly and have always good laughter ( how do they do this..?) Order for breakfast, lunch and evening bread were almost immediately executed and delivered within minutes: great praise - also to the kitchen!!! numbers could be made with card and bar. Quality of food was very good, who complained, should cook himself ... The breakfast room is really as great as seeing on the picture! Price/performance is super - you don't see from outside. It is also good as: Hotel is booked in the coming months and I want to go back there.. Environment: Horse riding in the ring, and free running,Arc shooting in the city, Quad riding south side, large shopping center 10 minutes walk."
