"Calling this a five-star hotel is a joke, it's more like a budget inn. They claimed to have a swimming pool, but after checking in, we were told it was closed. The hotel surroundings are completely barren, and the restaurant was even more ridiculous. Breakfast had very few options, and the coffee was just instant 3-in-1 coffee like you'd find in a cheap motel. The food they served bore no resemblance to the pictures. For example, the photos showed three lamb chops, but we only got one. The staff just said the pictures were 'for show.' The 'abalone' was actually tiny baby abalone, and the peanuts were stale. When we complained, the waiter actually said, 'It's free, so what do you expect?' I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. For over 700 [currency unit], you get service from a deceptive, cheap motel!"
