What a great place this is, we didn’t arrive until after 1am but were warmly welcomed and taken straight to our room, it was clean a very good size and had everything we needed, the shower was amazing. The pool area is lovely, clean & tidy we always managed to get a sunbed. We were B&B and there was plenty on offer and was really good. The Greek night is good fun definitely give it a go. There is a gym there to use too. Yes the bar is open 24 hours and depending on when you visit can be very busy, but they do shut the doors at midnight, as we were in an apartment on the ground floor next to the gym we didn’t hear it at all. Marco & his team are fabulous they work really hard to make your stay 1st class, we raised a problem with the air conditioning unit leaking before going out for the day and it was sorted before we got back. There was a sink, fridge, kettle, cups & glasses and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The room was cleaned daily and linens and beds changed regularly. This is a great hotel and its location is fabulous would definitely stay there again.

Had an excellent week staying here in September, Location great for the beach and local shops, restaurants, room lovely and clean, Staff could not do enough for Mum and I, Marco, Georges Andreas and everyone else, Mum cannot stop speaking about her great week, thank you so much, apologies if I misspelt any names

The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location, but sadly our experience was ruined by the noise and the way we were treated. We were first placed in Room 105, directly next to the bar — avoid this room at all costs. The noise was unbearable, with music blasting until 4am most nights. We were then moved to Room 104, but it was still very loud. The manager insisted music stopped at 1am, yet while it was turned down slightly, it always carried on until the early hours. At first the staff were welcoming, but once we complained their attitude completely changed. We were met with sly glances, muttered comments, and a clear feeling we were no longer welcome. This should have been a relaxing family holiday, but instead we came home drained and disappointed. Such a shame, because the hotel itself is in a great spot and could be wonderful if management and TUI addressed these serious problems.

We had 2 weeks of amazing holiday (3 adults, 2 16yo). The hotel is spotless clean, housekeeping ladies coming every day, changing towels every few days), has modern design (white abs grey). We were allocated in junior suite, ground floor, open top floor, two bathrooms, terrace, tea/coffee facilities. Air-conditioning and safe free of charge. Very good WiFi. Bar, game room, pool area really nice, prices like everywhere else. The only thing, but this is not a complain, was that our room was next to the bar so yes, the hotel is quite loud and you can call it party hotel (karaoke every night) and in our room you could hear everything till very late however we had no little children so we didn't go sleep early it didn't bother us at all. All of the staff very friendly and helpful, no moody people at all. Hotel is located 5min from the beach or main promenade, 3min from supermarket and bakery. Kardamena is a lovely place to stay with peaceful, relaxed vibe and many things to do. We used get your guide and travel tickets to explore the area (nisyros, gyalli, St Antonio and kos town) - fantastic trips. Lots of places to eat at reasonable prices, if you want something cheaper - tasty corner or pita way. Our favourite was Aleksander restaurant. We definitely think to come back❤️

A small friendly place to stay. We booked b&b, the food was very good, our room was on the outside corner which had a large area out front, with table chairs sun brolly and deck chairs. Also an airer to dry clothes. The room itself was large with a fridge sink, wardrobe chest of drawers and tv., the shower room was good, always hot water. The cleaners came every day, many towel changes, they always had a smile and hello. The staff were all amazing, helpful caring and funny 😁 the pool at the rear of the bar was small but clean. Sunbeds and parasols plus seating areas in the shade. We will definitely return.😊
