It is a very nice hotel, the rooms are clean, spacious, the bar and drinks are great, but the food and appetizers are mediocre, the staff is helpful. The sea in the Kardemena area is perfectly clean, there is fish everywhere.

An amazing location, within a beautiful setting. The facilities are plentiful, and the food offerings are spectacular. The bars offer unlimited drinks throughout the day, and Blue Domes has freshwater pools running throughout its core structure. The good offerings were expansive, and catered for all dietary needs.
The only downside which I found was that the rooms were not sound insulated, and therefore as I was at the end of housing section the noice from the service road was slightly irritating.
Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend the location to family and friends.

Most comfortable bed , soft pillows, spotless clean room and beautiful view! Food was also very tasty and good! Friendly staff and The manager is the best! Very affordable ! If you need a hotel this is the place to book! Definitely going back again!

To be honest, I can’t put into words how awful our experience was here and wanted to leave by the second day. I’ll start with a positive and say the scenery is some of the best I’ve stayed in. We had a beautiful view from our room and that made the holiday. With no exaggeration, there are too many negatives to list but here are a few: - By far the biggest negative was the food and drink. So bad that the mini market next door is making a killing by selling drinks to disappointed holiday makers staying in this hotel. They only serve artificial soft drinks (which are a syrup with soda water, you can only imagine how bad this tastes) and vile cocktails with compulsory syrups that they refuse not to put in. Staff were rude when I asked for a simple fruit juice which I could see and pointed to behind an all inclusive bar to which I was straight up told “No!”. - The food in the a la carte restaurants (if you’re (un) lucky enough to get a table) is horrific. Two members of our family got food poisoning and when I sent my food back and requested the restaurant manager, she told me “please keep complaining otherwise nothing will change”!!!!!! Staff are aware of the low standards but management will do nothing. There are some of the most amazing restaurants a short taxi in Kardamena town which I would highly recommend

Our experience at Blue Domes was amazing! The staff delivered outstanding service, always welcoming and attentive. The resort's amenities were fantastic, with well-kept pools and spacious, comfortable rooms. The food was diverse and of excellent quality, catering to all tastes. It was an unforgettable holiday, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The atmosphere at Blue Domes was very relaxing, and the views of the sea were stunning. We spent most of our time by the pools, which were always clean and had plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and one evening they surprised us with a complimentary dessert and sparkling wine for our 20th anniversary in our room, which was a lovely touch.

This is a really nice family friendly hotel. The hotel is contemporary, well designed and visually impressive - in places. The food is good, the main eating area is typical for all inclusive although we’ve noticed over the last few years that the range has reduced and at peak times it feels very impersonal. The room was comfortable with a well stocked fridge mini bar. The bathroom was dated but ok. We had a seaview room which although a little out of the way was quiet and in a nice position. Some of the staff were lovely, whereas with others you definitely felt like an inconvenience! There’s loads of pools at this hotel and although we prefer the be beach it looked like there were plenty of beds - although early towel rules definitely apply for the best spots!! We’ve stayed at several mitsis hotels and this one was good but we prefer others. Overall, would recommend, but consider the 5 star rating quite broadly!!
