Neptune Luxury Resort

Staff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning. We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport. Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

We booked at short notice having never been to Kos before. Everything was very good. We arrived very late due to BA's usual incompetence and were given a voucher for the Greek restaurant as we missed dinner, along with two very nice baguettes in our refrigerator. Our room had a nice view from our balcony with the room itself fine and near but not too close to all the amenities. The buffet restaurant provided a very good restaurant and dinner and we tried the Asian, Italian and Greek ones two for a supplement. We stayed by the adult pool or the beach most days and it was always very peaceful. The evening entertainment at the main bar was OK. We tried the theatre based shows too although they were very average. We took the shuttle bus into Kos town one day. This was a good service but to eb honest it was really too hot to wander around much so we had lots of coffee and ice cream with lunch in between, along with some meandering through the many stall and shops. We couldn't keep our room on for our late flight home but the luggage room and departure lounge was very good and we wee happy with that. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - great hotel, lovely staff, beautiful gardens.

I stayed here at the end of July with my two children for our summer holiday. It is a beautiful hotel, it’s set up a bit like a village with lots of pool choices and a private beach too. There is a small shop for food and snacks, plus a shop that sells floats for the pools and was very reasonable. We didn’t have any problem getting beds by the pool everyday, they even had the double day beds which were usually available. Drinks and snacks are available all day by the pool. The kids favourite was the make your own ice cream place, we went there everyday and ate thousand of calories! It was a really lovely resort, not sure about the entertainment as we went out most evenings and if we did come back early we went and got ice cream and went to the beach. For the last few nights we went to the bar most evenings and played uno until late! They had a piano played and singer with a trumpet some nights which was lovely. The restaurant on the beach was stunning and would have all the windows open in the day time with beautiful views. The sea was the perfect temperature. It was also a great location for us to travel all round kos,it also felt very safe letting the kids walk around alone on the complex. We would definitely stay here again. It was such a wonderful hotel, we all loved it and agreed it was an our favourite family holiday so far, the hotel definitely made it special. We had a couple of minor down points worth noting as it’s a 5 start - there weren’t enough umbrellas on the beach, they had loads of loungers though. At breakfast there wasn’t any avocado or halloumi available, but had pretty much everything else! There was not any dietary information detailed anywhere - I asked for gluten free bread one morning and I waited 10 mins for a rock solid grey roll that had a soggy bottom, I didn’t bother asking again. Also we ate at the American diner which was great, but our “nachos” that cost £15 consisted of a starter size of chilli with 8 tortilla chips placed nearly around the edge, we were starving afterwards. Also our tv was in German for some reason, the kids thought it was hilarious, I did ask for it to be changed but nothing happened. Other than this, it was wonderful, all the staff were great!

This week we returned from the Neptune Luxury Resort hotel, which we have been going to since 2016, in recent years always in June and September. If we count correctly, this year's stay was perhaps the thirteenth. For my husband and I, staying here is the best relaxation. You will find peace, tranquility, professional and friendly staff and of course a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel's equipment provides everything for a pleasant vacation. The dining room offers a wide selection of quality dishes, the hotel's equipment and its architecture are at the best level. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay and we look forward to the 2026 season, again at the Neptune Luxury Resort hotel. Eva + Jindrich Czech Rep.

Second time I’m here and I love every second of it. Great staff beautiful place. I arrived at about 11 in the morning and the room was not ready yet. I think the travel agencies is to blame. I did get a bottle of wine on my table and two drinks vouchers for the lobby bar, unfortunately I don’t drink wine. But the place is a real resort and they advertise with 5 stars and they serve 5 stars.thank you so much for having us. Compliments to the staff. Lots of love
