Lovely hotel and a wonderful pool and beach. Great, friendly staff and free flowing drinks. Our one criticism would be the size of the rooms. Our junior suite is easily the most junior suite we've ever stayed in! We are a family of five and we struggle to fit into our room. Response from hotel on enquiring whether a room change would be possible (happy to pay) was disappointing; you booked a junior suite and that's what you got. Appreciate hotel is full so their hands are tied but our advice would be don't bother paying extra for a suite because it's tiny. How have they sold this room to a family of five? Might be ok for Tony kids but simply doesn't work for us. How is this possible? Seems like an oversight on their part.

Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent friendly and welcoming staff particularly in the dining areas and Reception. Hotel was spotless with both the grounds and your room looked after impeccably. Food was delicious with a great variety, we also ate one meal at the Mediterranean and Soya both were excellent. We had a 28 Month old who loved all the different pools and even joined in the free aqua aerobics! I would suggest that the hotel put in a ramp to push the pushchair down to the baby pool as carrying it up and down the steps is tricky, and the area would benefit from better shade cover. We had a wonderful relaxing week.

We stayed two nights at the Michelangelo Resort & Spa, our second stop in Kos, and we were truly impressed by the setting. The view is simply breathtaking. From our sea-view room and the infinity-style pool, the blue of the pool merges with the Aegean Sea, with the Turkish mountains as a backdrop, a magical sight. For those planning a stay, we found that rooms 17 and 18 offer the very best view. Another big plus is that this is not an oversized complex. The pools are never overcrowded, and the private beach is peaceful and authentic. There is often some wind, but it never bothered us. The food is correct, better than what we experienced in another hotel in Kos, but it is repetitive and lacks the finesse expected from a 5-star resort. We also had the chance to enjoy breakfast by the pool, which was of noticeably higher quality. Normally, this option is not included in the all-inclusive package (except for guests staying 7 nights or more), but it was kindly offered to us and we really appreciated the gesture. Service overall is fine, with some staff very kind and others less communicative not bad, but not the high-level service you would expect at this category. This hotel offers an idyllic setting, at a human scale, with a magnificent infinity pool, breathtaking views, and a charming private beach. If the management invested in improving the quality and variety of food and drinks, it could truly become one of the must-stay addresses in Kos, and even in the Greek islands.

Good food deliciously cooked, i can't imagine what some people expect. The rooms are large and clean with a grade view. Staff are always helpful. There is a problem with the sunbeds, but you know that happens in all the hotels everywhere (check at internet). We are leaving late tomorrow and there is a special shower area and most importantly it's free of charge. Enjoy your vacation, I recommend it.

I was looking for a long weekend hotel to relax and be pampered. This did not disappoint. The food in the buffet restaurant was varied, plentiful and always tasty. Unfortunately, as a stay of less than a week meant you couldn't use the A La Carte, but it wasn't a problem due to the themed evenings at the buffet. Having upgraded to AI the drinks flowed and were always international brands....... And you can't knock the cocktails either! The only downside we're the number of steps from the beach to the restaurant. If you have mobility issues, be aware, but the benefit were the views across the sea.

My son should only eat gluten-free foods. Sou Chef was always available to help us (thank you Chef and sorry for the inconvenience). we faced some problems in our stay, entrance lock-a/c, but they were always there to help. Dear Kostas thank you for always listening to me. I will be back at the end of September as promised
