Views and Pools: The hotel offers stunning views, particularly of Kos Town and Turkey, and features multiple pools across the resort, including a water park that appeals to families.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Dirty. Shabby. Rude staff at reception. Room not cleaned once during our 1 week stay, despite asking on 3 occasions. Pools were green (see photos). Cat poo everywhere. Maintenance is non existent. Our toilet was broken and we were told to use another room for the toilet ! Do not trust the shuttle bus- the list means nothing as the driver does not check it so people jump the queue and you will be stranded. Taxis are a nightmare. If you arrive late, don’t rely on food being available for you as it won’t be. Every day we heard people complaining about things. One family left the hotel to stay elsewhere. Really unfair that hard working people pay good money to stay here and it is falling extremely short of a 4 star. No where near !!!

Just got home after an incredible 7 days at Agean View. I was so sceptical after reading recent reviews and travelling with two kids I thought we were going to some hell hole. It was quite the opposite. Yes the hotel needs some tlc but dont let this put you off. The hotel grounds and views are stunning. Rooms; We stayed in room 311 it had its own pool right on the door step. Room was spacious enough for a family of 4. Clean and tidy on arrival. Had an issue with the shower not draining the 1st day but was soon sorted. Cleaners came every day to empty bins and change bedding. Gave us fresh towels 4 days out of the 7 we were there. Saw them cleaning pools every morning. Pools: Plenty to chose from, all nice temperatures. The swim up ones outside the room where lovely only issue for me was getting out. There's no steps at either end which made it awkward as Im not the most etiquette of people at getting out of the pools at best of times haha im only 5ft so it made it quite difficult. Food: Food was okay. Not much variation but we always found something to eat. We ate out 2x days in kos town whilst exploring but there was plenty of snacks to choose from if got peckish. Sandwiches at main snack/pool bar were nice. Ham and cheese salad - lovely. The pizzas were tasty. Drinks: Coke is rola cola tasted very sweet. But kids enjoyed it. Cocktails were okay. Gin and lemonade went down a treat. Water was fresh and cold. Onsite shop: Over priced but stocks what you need. As not much around with you being up in mountains, I stocked fridge up with bottles from kos town as cheaper and beat drinking the rola cola lol. Staff: All friendly enough. Never had any issues. Entertainment. Plenty for kids to do during day the Entertainment team seemed lovely. Night entertainment, mini kids disco was fun for the kiddies. Bingo/ tombola/ music quiz etc all good fun. Shuttle bus: Take a fan its hot on board as no air con But only on it for approx 10 mins. Make sure to book it with your room number and get there on time as he doesn't wait around. If you miss the bus coming back from town theres a taxi rank opposite the i ❤️ kos sign prepare to queue but taxis are clean and cost us 10€ to get from town back up to hotel. Would we return: Absolutely. If you're coming to this hotel have the best time. It is a 3+ star hotel. Dont let the negative reviews put you off.

We arrived here Monday afternoon and are requesting a hotel change as the place is absolutely filthy. Not once have I seen the pool area or toilets be cleaned. There is one barman who is extremely rude, no snack bar as advertised - it’s a small fridge with dry sandwiches in them! Complete hell hole, ants in the room, toilet and bathroom is filthy. The list could go on. Please avoid at all costs, other than a half decent buffet at meal times, the hotel is awful in every other aspect. The worst all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed at

- DO NOT BOOK AEGEAN VIEW RESORT - loured with great reviews in may last year, we have opted to book our stay with easyJet and Aegean view resort. 4 stars, great views, beautiful rooms and of course all inclusive! Sounded great, that's until about 3 months before coming here where we started noticing loads of negative comments and horrible photos that got us worried. Tried easyJet helpline to get our hotel changed, no help whatsoever, paid with no possibility of cancelling so we ended up boarding the plane and coming here to find out if what we read is actually true. And unfortunately it was worse than what we read or saw on this group. Reception - amazing staff, very helpful. Shuttle bus - FREE, no Aircon and absolute joke that it only leaves every hour and finishes it's run so early. Absolutely useless with only 20seats and hundreds of guests wanting to use it. alternatives? 30€ taxi for a 10min ride. Restaurant - AVOID GREEK NIGHT. horrible, nasty overcooked food with pita bread straight from a multi pack. Main restaurant was ok, however constant lack of clean plates, glasses, cutlery etc. the place was a mess and the staff aren't to be blamed for it, it's the lack of staff and organisation that is the issue. Food was meh, nothing that we would die from but the quality was zero. Cheapest of all. DRINKS AND SNACK BAR - Absolute joke, the older staff member a gent, absolutely rude, swearing and refusing to serve people. Dirty dirty dirty absolutely disgusting. Constant lack of snacks or ice-cream that should have been there all the time. They say you get snacks but in reality, it's sandwiches made out of whatever was left from breakfast and some yoghurt. Massive letdown. Pools - two lifeguards that have no idea about what they are doing, shouting at kids constantly, not monitoring the second smaller pool at all. Pools were DIRTY, and I mean super DIRTY. broken plastic everywhere, just a court case waiting to happen. The great thing about it was that there were many umbrellas and sun loungers available all the time. They did once have a swim up bar, but to our disappointment it was shut and left destroyed. ROOMS - We were lucky as our room wasn't bad, few stains on the walls that you wouldn't necessarily want to see or know how they got there but the bed, fridge etc was clean and so we're the towels. Aircon worked well. Rooms were outdated and very overused. BATHROOMS - DISGUSTING, MOULDY, GROSS. Some people had no light in the bathroom for over a week, some had wasp nests, some had so much mould they couldn't cope and rooms weren't being swapped. Some people's Aircon wasn't working which in this heat is a joke! TUESDAY NIGHT, BBQ NIGHT. used a super old, BBQ grill on which cats 💩 and wee constantly. They did not clean it since this place opened by the looks of it. Honestly if you can, do not come here, it is absolutely vile and states 4 stars which in reality shouldn't even be 2..

The hotel is much better than expected due to reading previous reviews! Our first impression was great, reception looked nice, the bed was comfy. The food was brilliant, something for everyone. Some would complain it’s the same everyday but it’s all inclusive catering for mass numbers. I ate salad etc and was all good. The restaurant manager who is called Tasos was very friendly and super efficient. Very attentive ensuring the restaurant ran smoothly. The entertainment team were very good, not pushy but offered to include everyone. Oliwia was particularly good and very funny! Our only concern was with the cleanliness of the rooms. I wish we had spoken to the manageress rather than reception staff sooner as she sorted it out. However, there is still room for improvement and unfortunately our bed linen didn’t get changed at all and we had to ask for new towels.

Arrived late security checked us in and showed us to the room. Was very apprehensive after the mixed reviews. Room was clean and tidy, yes bathroom dated and needs some TLC. But this is a 3 star hotel. Clean and tidy , very spacious. We had 2 bedroom by a pool, great views. Even a little bar which saves us heading to the main pool. Food was great, something different each day. Cocktail , usual AL depends who poured to strength ect. The toilets down by the main bar definitely need TLC, none of the toilet doors lock, toilet roll holders all broken. But clean and tidy other wise. Entertainment of evening could definitely be better, we had as much fun joining up with others and playing Uno. Day activities much better. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and I would definitely return given the opportunity. All staff welcoming, lovely spread Out hotel, so never felt over crowded. No mad rush to get a sun lounger, table at meal times ect. It seriously doesn't deserve the negative reviews. People need to have a more realistic expectation of a 3 Star hotel

Don't let all the poor reviews put you off! We spent a week at the resort from 3rd July 2025 with four of our kids aged 16-20 and had a great time. All staff were friendly, and in particular the manager. There are loads of pools, so much so we felt the one outside of accommodation was our private pool, and all the communal areas are kept clean and tidy. No complaints from the lads on the quality of the beer, and whilst the cocktails aren't the best I've ever had, the wine is perfectly drinkable. Good selection of food, with lots of healthy choices and the roof top terrace is lovely. David's entertainment in the evening is good fun - low budget but get involved and you'll enjoy it. The accommodation was at a standard we'd expect for the price we paid (about £950/head all inclusive). It's a bit rustic around the edges, but it was just our base so didn't bother us. We were more interested in the amazing views, and the incredibly efficient shuttlebus into Kos Town. As we were there before schools broke up, it was mainly adults/young adults - nice vibe, not overly busy and by about half midnight everything was wrapped up. We're planning a return trip with more of the family next year, and for anyone looking for a reasonably priced resort, not in a standard hotel block with only one pool and no shade, but little blocks of accommodation surrounded by pools, would totally recommend. If you want super high end, this won't be for you (but that's reflected in the price)
