We are currently at this hotel We arrived on saturday evening and our 1st impression was, wow, what a beautiful complex.after speaking to a few people we heard that in October this is being closed for a full refurbishment. The pools will be fantastic when the refub is complete. If you have already booked. The food is good plenty to choose from The bars are fully stocked BUT are mainly cheap local alcohol so dont expect fresh fruit ect. The rooms are in need of a total refurb but are defo livable. 10 min free minibus in to kos town every hr but you have to book in advance and its a good walk in so book for definate. This hotel is 100% one to keep an eye on as the views are amazing the pools will be fantastic and the location is great. Dont look at the bad reviews if you want a nice little cheap get away before it shuts for refurbishment id recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel overnight. The food was really good with a lot of choice, the room quiet and kids enjoyed the slides and so many different pools. We enjoyed our time there. Probably if you had to stay for longer, it would get eventually boring. The dinner waiting time was a bit long, the parking was off-site and all-inclusive cocktails leave much to be desired but the rest was much better than in another chaorltic all-inclusive Kipriotis Village Resort. The latter one is to avoid at all costs.

GA HIER NIET HEEN !! Normaliter zijn wij niet van het schrijven van reviews, maar deze keer kunnen we het echt niet laten. Schandalig dat dit een 4 sterren resort wordt genoemd en dit nog te boeken is via Corendon. Bij aankomst kregen wij de verkeerde kamer, die ook zeer vuil en verouderd was. T****e kamer was niet veel beter! Hygiëne is slechter dan slecht. Kamers worden niet schoongemaakt. Zelf meerde malen schone handdoeken moeten pakken. Badkamer vol zwarte schimmel en kamer met haar en vuil van vorige gasten. 12 dagen in hetzelfde beddengoed gelegen. Meerdere malen gemeld en er wordt niks mee gedaan. Hygiëne van de zwembaden wordt niet op de juiste manier uitgevoerd. Zwemkleding verkleurd! Manager/personeel receptie zeer onvriendelijk tegen gasten, echt schandalig. Het grootste deel van het personeel is onvriendelijk en loopt er rond alsof ze er totaal geen zin in hebben of het gebrek aan ervaring. Zoals de animatie. Animatie is geen animatie te noemen. Excuus, maar stralen niks uit met een chagrijnige blik en maken geen contact (behalve het jonge blonde meisje, doet haar best maar ook niet heel ervaren) Het barpersoneel onvriendelijk en soms hele lange rijen om je drankje te krijgen bij de poolbar. De jongens van de golfkarretjes en Emilio van de bar boven zijn wel erg vriendelijk en doen hun uiterste best. Respect dat jullie het hier volhouden. Tijdens ons verblijf voelde wij ons opgelicht! Mensen, wees gewaarschuwd! Alle slechte reviews zijn waar.

Took my son as a single parent traveller, The hotel is massively understaffed, the girl on reception goes through the motion and seems not interested. Dining room just one hard working guy trying to instruct other to clean and reset the tables, food is pretty ok to be fair, the drinks machines constant running out of fresh orange and apple juice and don't get topped back up very quickly, shuttle bus is a 90s death trap transit van with no safety belts etc not ideal for families as advertised far better to get a taxi for 10euros into kos town, The room I had was 260 near the lower section, was clean the bath shower mixer was stuck on shower mode but was fine for us, cleaners round regular, never saw anyone cleaning the pools however and the slide pool was full of rubbish everywhere so we avoided it, the barman needs more help 1 guy serving is just not enough, night time entertainment is terrible, they need this sorting my 12year old had nothing to do, 80s agadoo don't cut it these days, why not invest in a big screen show football etc. Hire a team to put shows on at night. If you need to extend your room don't bother there is a shower room near reception that has a showers apart from 1 which had no shower head!. It's a cheap resort but need investment and some of the things above sorting, its very hilly so if you struggle with walking look elsewhere. Kos centre is grea9t can recommend jasmine bar and hanzel and grettle ice cream shop.

DIRTY!!! HEALTH HAZARD!! Had to book into another hotel it was so bad!! Dirty bed sheets, rooms, resort, dining area, pools and entertainment areas. Nothing works everything is broken. Worried for mine and my families health.

Excellent!! I cane to this hotel for vacation..The accommodation was excellent.our room with the pool was spacious and breathing view All meals were delicious and well prepared.

Me and ny friends were scared to go to this hotel because of this comments but i have to say i disagree at all… Me and my friends had an amazing time in this hotel as they were different nights every day, the rooms were absolutely perfect and the pools as good as i imagined. I recommend it to everyone and especially to a friend group that just wants to have fun and a good time!!

We had a relaxed vacation with my partner the staff was lovely,rhe food was very good,the room was a bit updated but overall we had a good time.
