"This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. This hotel markets itself as a luxury resort, but the reality is completely different. The promotional photos appear to be AI-generated or so heavily edited that they bear little resemblance to the actual experience. Even more concerning, nowhere in the booking process or marketing materials does it disclose that there is a large caravan/camping resort on the same premises whose guests use the hotel facilities. As a result, the pool, beach and restaurants are overcrowded, and paying hotel guests are left competing for sunbeds and tables despite paying luxury prices. Had this been disclosed, I would never have booked. Advertising a luxury hotel while omitting such a significant aspect of the guest experience is deeply misleading. We checked out a day early."

"The only decent dish in this place is the octopus salad. The owner showed us the 1st class fish he had, so we ordered. The fish was badly prepared, and the salad was unseasoned grated cabbage with a few tomatoes. Coffee is terrible, too. The prices are truly outrageous, especially considering the amount of food served. They will serve you 1.5 kg of fish, and charge for 3 kg, at premium prices! DO NOT ORDER OFF MENU!! Wish we knew that beforehand. The staff was pleasant,though"

"the hotel in general is really lovely and very practical. the staff were friendly and helpful. my only warning would be that the bathrooms in the room are see through so not the best if sharing with someone your not comfortable with seeing taking a dump. there is a very small curtain though so i guess that makes it a little better?"
