Es gab eine große Spinnennetz im Zimmer und di3 Gardinen waren befleckt und es gab eine tote Spinne. Die Handtücher haben nicht frisch gerochen. Das Personal konnte kein Deustch und haben Englisch mit einem schwerverstehenden Akzent gesprochen.

離租車點很近，在工業區，周邊吃的倒是不少，也有超市。早餐不錯，白人飯不要期待什麼。房間略小，蟲子多勿開窗。雖然臨路，但不吵。

Positive: The room was decent sized, fairly clean. The free breakfast was not bad.
Negative: Can't lock the bathroom door, clogged shower, slow receptionist. The breakfast can get quite busy and people run into each other a lot due to not great flowline planning.

一星都不想給，入住體驗非常差，但還是對環境和衞生做了如實評價。
入住當晚孩子洗澡洗一半沒熱水，聯繫前台，維修人員過來檢查了一下，等半天説可以到別的房間洗澡，雖然挺不方便的，但也接受了，結果別的房間也沒熱水，又等了半天，説全酒店都沒熱水，晚上洗不了澡了，等明早休。當晚值班人員態度挺好的，表示歉意，説明早可以聯繫他們經理溝通compensation，雖然比較窩火，10點多折騰到近12點也沒洗上澡，但也沒有更好的解決辦法，衹能先休息。
第二天一早溝通經理，應該是早知道這件事了，説他決定不了compensation，直接給了個名片讓聯繫hotel manager，這也就罷了，我説這種全酒店都沒熱水的事兒不應該發生在希爾頓這種酒店吧，那經理直接反問説“你説不應該是什麼意思？這種事會發生的，東西壞了，我們今早休了，這是normal的”聽到他覺得這種事很normal，全程
沒有一句sorry，覺得沒有溝通下去的必要，如果酒店是這種認知，我衹能説以後會盡量避免預訂，太雷人了！！！
需要表揚的是攜程，本來這件事兒跟攜程沒啥關係，但是溝通後積極處理，最後居然他們給了一些補償金。

不錯，和斯圖加特的一樣的房型，但大很多，服務態度也好，幾分鐘可以走到博登湖邊，就是德國住的酒店停車費都好貴，這裏一晚16歐
