Toller Kurzaufenthalt in stylishem Hotel an der Seepromenade. Wunderbarer Pool- und Relaxbereich auf dem Dach mit toller Aussicht. Sehr geschmackvolle Zimmer mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kaffee, Wasser, Früchte, Popcorn. Grosse Auswahl am schönen Frühstücksbuffet.

Ein super Hotel mit spektakulärem Blick vom Dachpooldeck auf den Bodensee. Alle sehr gute Gastgeber. Vom Portier bis zum mit 2 Michelin Sternen ausgezeichneten Küchenchef sind alle on the Top , tolle Gastgeber. Eine Reise wert. Zu empfehlen die Deluxe Zimmer mit Seesicht und Balkon. Sehr geräumig. Angenehm zum Wohnen.

Neben vielen anderen Gründen für einen längeren Aufenthalt zeichnet sich das Hotel Riva durch ein außerordentlich hohes Service-Niveau aus - mit großer Freundlichkeit, ständiger Hilfsbereitschaft und immer aufmerksamer Beachtung - und das in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bel établissement idéalement situé au bord du lac Des chambres spacieuses et modernes dans lesquelles on se sent bien. Literie de très bonne qualité et salles de bain modernes avec douche et baignoire L’équipe est à l’écoute et agréable Le point noir reste la qualité du wifi, très instable

Der Empfang war sehr angenehm und effizient. Parkplätze gibt es nur in der Garage und mit 30 Euro pro Tag nicht billig. Das grosszügige Zimmer im Neubau hatte leider keine Seesicht, war aber den Preis wert. Genügend bequeme Stühle auch auf dem Balkon. Die fehlende Ausschilderung der Stockwerke im Lift hat uns doch etwas verwirrt. Im altem Lift fanden wir dann endlich die Poolanlage auf dem Dach. Die Liegeplätze waren eher eng und der Pool uninteressant, weil zu klein und im Sommer das Wasser zu warm. Der See ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war durchschniitlich aber qualitativ sehr gut. Generell hätten wir uns beim Empfang bessere Informationen zum Hotel gewünscht.

Fantastic service and wonderful staff. We arrived at the hotel and when we were shown to our room there were a few things that were not to our liking. The manager and his colleague immediately set about working out how they could accommodate us to our liking. Within 30 minutes we had been moved to a lovely room which was more than we expected. We had a lovely lunch on the terrace and friends joined us for an even better dinner at the hotel. If you want to stay with people that really care for their guests this is the place. Thank you everyone at Riva.

A modern expensive trendy hotel with every possible facility but rather lacking in soul. Overlooks the lake and walkable to the Meersburg ferry and Konstanz centre. Good service, room, bar, restaurant and breakfast. Also sauna and gym if you like that sort of thing. Restaurant food prices as expected but wine prices simply excessive. We rebelled and went to Konstanz for our 2nd and 3rd night dinners.

Nach einem frustrierenden Mittagessen bei der Konkurrenz retteten wir uns in das uns wohlbekannte Riva - das leider ausgebucht war - und genossen einen wunderbaren Nachtisch im Lounge-Bereich. Der Service war professionell und zuvorkommend. Das Dessert war wie immer eine Wucht. Danke, Riva!
